I have so many problems with energy companies, as I deal with a lot of them. But Octopus has always been helpful, and I can recommend them in good faith.

Leah at Night customer’s team was absolutely fabulous!!! the switch was so easy to do with her and she was responding very quickly, so we have completely done everything within a few days. She was very professional, friendly and understanding.
I wish every company is like that!!

I spoke with Adedotun on the telephone today. He was very helpful and navigated me through options for my energy tariff going forwards. This was all backed up with an immediate email, so everything was really clear. Thank you for making this such a smooth process.
