DO NOT use this company! Placed an order back on October 2018, was immediately charged, received a shipping confirmation from UPS, then the delays started. When I requested a refund AFTER not receiving the product, they charged me a "restocking fee", which was never stocked in the first place.
Lies and Deceits
I couldn't believe the price that they had listed for "Steelcase Leap Chair". Which usually sells for about $1000.00, they had it for $359.00, supposedly a Major Sale. But after ordering it and finding out that it wasn't new, I cancelled the order within the same day.
Here's the catch, if you order something, and even if you cancel it within the same day. They'll charge you 10% cancellation/refund fee. So they refunded $323.10 instead of the full amount of $359.00. BEWARE!!
Their website indicates "Voted Best Company" -- By Who???

I only gave them on star because there were no options for giving them no stars! DO NOT ORDER your chair from this company. My chair arrived very late in a damaged box without the extra headrest I ordered. At first the customer service member apologized for my long wait and then she took back the apology. I ordered a really expensive chair, but it didn't matter. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
Company sent me a defective chair
Company sent me a defective chair. It literally fell apart. It was a Steelcase leap and the chair cushion was completely not up to standard quality. I can't prove it, but my guess it was a chair that they did some refurbishment sold to me as new.
They did not honor their warranty.
Don't buy from then.

Buyer beware!! When you’re looking at their chairs online, you’ll see claims of “Money Back Guarantee” and “Free Shipping” (with no asterisk or anything to alert you to any special terms or conditions). What they are not telling you is that you can only return an item if it is damaged (and damaged in shipping is NOT included in that). If they so graciously agree to accept a return (box had never even been opened - just found a chair I liked better), they will charge you a restocking fee. My restocking fee was $114.00. All they would do is point me to the fine print hidden in #19 of their terms & conditions, which you have to dig around their site to find. In that it says they can charge you a fee of up to 100%. VERY DECEPTIVE! Post your rules in plain site!!

I had my office chair narrowed down to two options, one of which was at Office Chair at Work. I left the room and my wife needed to use our laptop. She saw the information on screen regarding the chair purchase and asked me "Is this the chair you are going to buy?" I replied, "It's a finalist." She heard "It's the finalist" and she finished the order. When she told me she finished the order, I immediately searched the website to find out how to cancel the order. After scouring the site and finding nothing, I sent an email to the company within roughly one hour of the purchase. This was a Sunday and I received an auto-reply response that they would be out of the office on Monday & Tuesday for a holiday. On Tuesday afternoon they inquired about my reason for cancellation and they agreed to cancel my order. As I was about to purchase a different chair from them, I checked my credit card on-line and saw that they charged a 10% fee for the cancellation. I followed up with them once again, and after another two day wait due to another holiday absence, they indicated that they charged the fee to recoup credit card fees. They were able to process the transaction -- but they were not able to respond to my request to cancel in a timely manner, and they offer no time window for order cancellation as is offered by many online companies. They got their cancellation fee, and I decided to work with a different company. Poor business choice on their part, as I was left feeling as though their policy is: "The customer is never right." Buyer Beware.
Very bad business practice
Very bad business practice. Their 100% money back guaranty doesn't exist at all. Under their Terms of Service, they exclude almost any possibility to get your money back, if you are not satisfy with the chair you bought from them. They also exclude any negative feedback from their website, only accepting those beneficial to their business.

We purchased 6 Steelcase Leap office chairs for our conference room. The chairs were delivered to our offices in New York City in 9 days with FedEx. We are very happy with the quality of the chairs. Will buy again.

I know the chair I bought is a good one because I bought another from another vendor, but this company must see bad refurbished chairs because one of the two I bought from them broke in three months and the other sits unused to this day.They never contacted me no matter how many times I called or emailed.
Buy elsewhere! They say they guarantee their products but they don't and they must be defective as well!
