Easy communication with the seller
Easy communication with the seller. My package did not arrive as expected. The seller contacted me first to see if my package had been delivered. When I informed them it had not, they reshipped it quickly and continued to follow up with me to make sure my package was delivered. Excellent customer service.

Although it takes about 10 days to receive your item because it is coming from overseas, rest assured that you will receive an authentic product. The company is very good about responding promptly to all communications. I will be using them from now on for my skincare needs.

This is a great company to deal with
I was hesitant to order overseas ... but my fears were allayed. Products arrived on a timely basis, prices are great -- much better than from the U.S. -- and Angela in customer service is a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly place future orders.

OKDERMO was quick to respond to my emails.I had an issue/misunderstanding with the currency used but Angela explained the situation promptly and professionally. Also then I thought delivery was taking a bit long Angela reassured me to wait a few more days and if still not delivered OKDERMO would resend my order with express mail. I was very impressed with the company's customer service. I am happy to report that waiting the few more day paid off .I received my parcel this morning.
I highly recommend OKDERMO.And a special thank you to Angela.

OKDERMO.COM has the best quality products! I ordered my products and received them 3 weeks later. Tri-luma was absolutely perfect! My girlfriends have been going to this website for their products for quite some time too! They also responded to my emails in a timely manner. That surprised me. Don't pay retail. Shop at OKDERMO.COM!
