Ordered and dispatched on the same day and arrived the next day promptly. My order was packaged beautifully and with great care.
This company was a delight to deal with. I’ll be buying from them again

Package arrived from overseas safe and on time, and I love my item! Great selection at Olivia May. I would definitely purchase from them again!

Good service

products are great but shipping costs are high and the arrival time does not justify them

Olivia May sent my product out promptly and it was just as shown in the photo.

Lovely selection of clothes. Very easy to order. Communication and delivery were excellent. I am very happy with the item I received. A very positive experience.

This is a great online shop.
Fabulous clothes, terrific sales and fast and efficient service.
What’s not to like?

Great service. Quick send of divine garment.
Many thanks!

Beautiful clothes posted out super fast and wrapped lovely .
Thankyou

The pants I ordered are fabulous and fit perfectly. I received them quickly. I bought some clothes from H+Hannoh in Paris and was thrilled to find them on your site.

Fantastic, clear, informative website with a wonderful range of clothes - including more affordable pieces - and offering excellent customer service. I placed a large order and was updated all the way throughout; from the purchase, delivery to the refund status of the items I returned. Thank you!

Really beautiful item of jewellery
Thankyou
Would highly recommend

There was a delivery problem with the carrier. This was discussed with staff who went out of their way to rectify it by waiving the mandatory 2 week returns policy until the issue was resolved.
