26 mei bestelling geplaatst en na betaling tot op heden nog niks ontvangen.
Mail gestuurd en kreeg Engels antwoord terug nog 2 wkn geduld te hebben
Ik vrees dat ik naar m'n bestelling en mn geld kan fluiten🤬🤬🤬

Niet geleverd. Wel betaald. Geen reactie.
Gisteren eindelijk ontvangen..na 6 weken

Bad companie who makes profit from products of alibaba etc. And a very very bad service.
I thought it was a dutch site so the delivery would be a week max. Turns out it’ll last about 2 months.

2 maanden geleden bestelling geplaatst, heel wat vertraging. Ondertussen status: afgeleverd en pakket niet ontvangen.
Ondertussen 2 weken en nog geen antwoord op mijn klacht.

Heb 2 maanden geleden een horloge besteld en heb nog niks gehoord geen horloge geen geld terug 😮😯😮

After 2 months (!) the status of my order was finally changed to 'delivered' but nothing received.

ik was bang dat ik opgelicht zou zijn, heb mondkapjes besteld. Daarna wat reviews gelezen. Dit ook gemeld bij omegamarkt. Ze zijn erg snel met reageren op mijn mail om mij gerust te stellen. En terecht. Heb vandaag de mondkapjes gekregen en ze zijn heel fijn, zijn zo als aangegeven op hun site

Wat een slechte service hier!

Het heette eerst indigomarkt maar ze hebben hun naam gewijzigd naar omegamarkt.nl

Heb hier een rosebear besteld voor moedersdag dus rond 27 april. Track&Trace gekregen maar waardeloos. Bezorging zou max 8 mei uitgeleverd worden, en elke keer wordt dat verschoven. Nog steeds mee bezig en nu staat er 3 juni.. je wordt voor de gek gehouden, en krijgt geen antwoord van de klantenservice.

Echt extreem slecht dit en ik ga dit iedereen laten weten zodat ze hier niks moeten bestellen!

Schaam jullie indigo-omega shame on you!

Exactly the same experience as all these people wrote here before me. no answering no delivering no nothing. Stop expecting anything from this ‘company’. Thugs.

Absolutely unreliable I received a confirmation that the package is on it's way, that was 1 month ago! I also have a insurance of delivery payment...so I do think I've been fooled! I did receive an answer to my request, but a very superficial answer, so too bad that these kind of companies are abusing the trust of customers in this period! Do not Buy!!!!!!!

Considering the horrible product I got from omega maarkt, I feel the whole site is a scam. I ordered a reusable mouth mask and oh my, what I received after weeks of waiting! The mask is a cut out of some material usually used to make cheap running pants, I would say. It is small, does not cover your face properly and it is so thin, almost transparent...Horrible product all in all.

Originally ordered under the name "indigo store" with delivery 30th april - 10th may (3 weeks) now may 11th checking the extremely poor track and trace and the name of the website has changed as well as the delivery window just stating the parcel is delayed and delivery date is unknown... Do not order on this site!

They let you believe this is a legitimate dutch site bit once you look better and check the reviews it is a huge scam and is even worse than aliexpress...

This website was originally called Indigo Markt. I had ordered these masks online: herbruikbare-mondkapjes-wasbare-hygeniesch-mondmasker-bescherming.
I received it and they were very poor quality. Think of it is as your sock fabric cut and sewn together to make a mask. It is definitely not worth the price. Even the quality of the cuts is very poor. It is very thin and does not offer any noticeable protection and can easily extinguish the lighter in lighter test.
This is blatant extorsion, especially the price vs. quality. Also, they have now changed their name to Omega Markt.
