Oncourse learning ultimately led to my NMLS license being ineligible for renewal. The course stated that it met the federal and state guidelines - but it did not. I have contacted oncourse learning twice to get their help or advice and they have not responded for more than one week. STAY AWAY!

This is the worst online experience I have ever experience! Please stay away! The online CE that was suppose to be 8 hours took me more than 17 hours! It was boring they didn't mix the media.You have to sit there and read then answer so much questions and on top of that you are given a final exam! Goldcoast Schools usually send you a text book in advance, these money grabbers don't.

The online teacher is fantastic because he helps you go through all the topics and emphasizes what is important.

The racist DEI messaging was insulting and has no place in our industry. You do realize that any group can discriminate against another group, why was just one group singled out? You are perpetuating a false narrative, which only fans more issues. Do you honestly think any MLO is going to hurt their income by doing any of the nonsense you forced us to listen to? I don’t see color, culture, etc, only credit worthiness and the ability to qualify for a loan. Stop this madness.

I’ve always used OnCourse for all my mortgage educational classes. This year they’ve taking a lot longer to report the completed CE to NMLS. I understand I shouldn’t have waited 2 weeks until end of year to complete my CE but it’s been two weeks and they haven’t reported accurately yet.

The content and the material was very exhaustive. I signed up for PrepXL which helped me take several sample tests and focus on improving my areas of weakness. I found the entire portal very easy to use and navigate. I would recommend OnCourse Learning for any course material or preparation.

My course completion was not reported to the nmls. I created a case when I tried to renew my license on the nmls, and when customer service contacted me they assured me that my completion was reported the day before. Here we are 2 weeks later and still nothing has been reported. So I am headed into the new year and I cannot renew my license. This is the worst renewal experience! So unprofessional! I will have to contact the Nmls myself and see if I can submit my completion certificate. I should not have to pay for this, nor should I have to pay for any penalty that comes from these people not doing their jobs!

The man speaking sounds angry, there’s a ridiculous storyteller as if we’re 5 year olds and l spent 8 hours taking this course having to be told that l needed 1 more hour for my state. I will never take this course again.
