instructor made everything easy to understand

It was very convenient to do the NMLS online class, very good pace, and knowledgeable instructor

The instructors were great.

It’s seems as if they look at a dictionary to find words that will confuse the student in order to redo the course. There’s also plenty of outsourcing to the Philippines when it comes to customer service and it’s very hard to get a point across or fix any problem. None of the teachers were truly helpful in accommodating to any of my needs as a student trying to finish my work in time and were honestly quite rude. The course is completely backwards and assumes that you know all of the vocab needed and then decides to give you the definition two modules too late. I will never be using Oncourse learning again. I passed my test on my first attempt and I did so with no help from this course.

What I like best about Oncourse Learning is the convenience accessibility and the ability to knockout CE’s all in one day in one place it's great!

It was extremely informative and the program not only taught me new laws and restrictions, but also reminded me of the ones I knew and it was good to be reminded of.

All went as planned, sign up and program was easy to get started.

Your software. I have used your system for over 14 years. This year, by far, was the worst experience. Your rep blamed the situation on a "computer glitch". Realistically, it was your software glitch. I paid for a class only to have to pay again at a much higher rate. Not honoring the initial rate was bad enough. It is a long story. It was a cluster of crazy and not my fault, but I paid for it.

Very easy to navigate site and get signed up.

I just love the video version of the training. Ed Davis does a superb in presenting the various course material.
