The only reason i dont give 5 stars is because i think this store needs to 'polish' their terms and policy a little bit. The support team on the other hand deservers a 6 star rating because they solved every issue i had with shipping while explaining to me every step of the way. Thank you support team <3

Love the shop in our local high street, have always taken our phones and laptops there to have batteries changed and general maintenance (mine & husband's Androids and the kids' Iphones) at affordable prices. Always been happy with the professional, friendly and trustworthy service, lovely staff who kept me up to date with the work/repair etc. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Took my I phone in as not charging sorted in seconds fluff in charging point had tried to clean myself but no luck. Owner didn't charge me think some shops would have kept phone made up some no existent fault so they could charge me. Wife took her phone to cheap shop to get repaired had to take back a few days later screen had to be replaced failed again shop has closed now so no refund. Took to onetec sorted within a day no problems since bit pricey but you get what you pay for first class professional service highly recommend.

Nice experience. Capable, friendly staff, fair priced effective repair. Second time I've used their services, would happily recommend to others.

I asked Kashif at OneTechGadgets to replace my computer keyboard as its power button was not working due to over-use.

Firstly I found him to be extremely polite and pleasant, very knowledgeable and more than helpful.

He found what I wanted, quickly gave me an acceptable quote for the work and ordered the new keyboard. It was due to be ready in about a fortnight as the part had to be sent from Malaysia days. Not a problem as I could use the computer whilst I waited for the part to arrive.

It arrived more quickly than expected and he called me at about 4.30pm to tell me that he could do the work the following day. Within five hours the next day, I returned to his store and I took the computer home with me.

The computer is working perfectly and I was very impressed with his work, his politeness and his efficiency.

Whilst I don't want my computer to be broken again, I would not hesitate to ask him to assist me again if needed.
