Jordan dealt with my enquiry and couldn't have been more helpful.
Lovely guy to deal with and great service.

I had great experience with On the Wheels, I bought a new bike at a great discounted price and with a small deposit to reserve and Lenny Partridge was very helpful in answering my questions, he was very concise and quick to get back to me. I felt very secure in buying motorcycle from them unlike my previous experience with some other vendor.

Honest, straight forward purchase. Very helpful sales staff, I have bought two bikes from On The Wheel and have been very happy with both of them.

I spoke to Lennie who came across as very professional who listened to my needs and answered my questions and gave additional information.
I felt confident that I was dealing with the right company and making the right choice and decided to go ahead almost immediately.

I bought a Honda Rebel from On The Wheel and I was really impressed by the whole experience. Lenny helped me in the store with advice and details about the bike I was interested in and once I had made up my mind to purchase the Honda Rebel he continued to make the whole process seamless. We corresponded by email and Lenny was always quick to answer any queries. It was a pleasure going to pick up the bike and Lenny went through all the workings of the bike before I left. I am very happy with my purchase and looking forward to many rides on my new bike

Lenny was great to deal with and the workshop got the bike ready in a couple of days from purchase. Lenny gave a very nice and thorough handover. Cheers

I came in to look at a Sinnis terrain and Lenny was really helpful I brought the bike the next day all through my purchase he has been very nice and always willing to help would recommend going here all the staff seem nice and friendly

Great way to buy a bike.Friendly, knowledgable staff. Fair prices.Nice and easy. Thanks Lenny!

Really helpful and efficient service from Lenny - great job!

It took me many visits to decide what bike I wanted and it was great to be able to talk through the various pro's and cons with Dan. Order process was very easy and the bike arrived very quickly. Am super happy with it!!!

Dan and Justin were brilliant and non-pushy but well-informed customer service. I brought my daughter into the store to view a scooter she saw on the website; they left us to it unless we needed help. They responded quickly without being in our faces and were full of practical, informed information. Thanks chaps

Dan provided the encouragement I needed in a very professional no pressure way which gave me the confidence I needed to take the plunge

Dan is the man very helpfull and helped my wife and myself out first bike in 30 years well done dan thank you

We arrived very late to OTW and even so, weren’t hurried or pressured - quite the opposite in fact. Brilliant salesman Dan answered all of our questions (of which there were many!) and when my husband phoned following the weekend to order the bike, everything was handled perfectly. Really really excellent company to deal with and when I’ve decided what bike to get, I’ll be going to them and in particular, to Dan! 11 out of 10!!

We bought a beautiful bike from On The Wheel and I was looked after by Dan. He was brilliant! He was always on the end of the phone/an email for any questions I had. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Bought my first ever bike and the guys at On the Wheel did an incredible job helping me on my journey.
