Onthewheel Opiniões

Excellent. Great bunch of guys I dealt with Lenny Partridge friendly professional and knowledgable chap
Great selection of motorcycles at the Portslade showroom free parking highly recommended

Pleasantly surprised by the store. Dan was exceptionally helpful and I felt under no pressure at all by him. He made sure that I was happy with the product and the procedure to buy. He made a nice cup of coffee for my flask cup which was a bonus. I felt confident in his advice and non salesy approach. Great store and lovely guy. My husband also got a motorbike. Thanks Dan

Purchased my son his first scooter with a helpful salesperson dan mear. Talked us over everything even helped with the insurance! Gave his mobile number so we could watsapp any questions regarding the bike. Top quality bikes and staff, my husband and son are already planning the next two purchases. Thanks on the wheel.

Dan was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I haven't been on a bike for nearly 40 years and thought I knew what I wanted - but Dan encouraged me to try out many different bikes - which I did, over and over! He wasn't pushy but was very helpful when I asked him anything. I ended up with a bike I was very happy with, and my wife found one too! A huge thank you to Dan.

Went in to On The Wheel and met Dan, who went out of his way to help find my perfect bike and talk me through the buying process. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

If you're a passionate motorcyclist and need a reliable bike like me for my job as a motorcycle courier, "On The Wheel" is an absolute haven that you cannot afford to miss! This motorcycling shop is a hidden gem on the Sussex coast in Portslade (they also have a smaller shop in Brighton). The Portslade shop is where I am buying my next bike. After visiting a few times now, I can confidently say that it has exceeded all my expectations.
From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed by the friendly staff who clearly share the same enthusiasm for motorcycles and riding as their customers. Their knowledge about bikes is impressive, and they were more than happy to answer all my queries, helping me find the perfect scooter for my needs.
The shop itself is well-organized and stocked with a vast array of high-quality products. Whether you're a seasoned rider, or a newbie, "On The Wheel" has got you covered.
Furthermore, their prices are competitive, and they often run fantastic promotions and discounts that make their already affordable products even more attractive.
If your short on funds they can arrange finance as well. As someone who loves a good deal, I couldn't be happier with my purchases.
The shop's ambiance is also worth mentioning. It exudes an inviting and relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to spend quite sometime browsing their collection. I found myself lingering around the shop, soaking in the motorcycling vibes and loved the Indian bobber bike that was there (maybe next time) as my purchase was a good quality secondhand Yamaha xmax300 .
In conclusion, "On The Wheel" is not just a motorcycling shop; it's an experience that every motorcyclist should indulge in. Whether you're looking for top-notch gear, expert advice, or a sense of belonging within the motorcycling community, this shop delivers on all fronts. I left feeling more excited and prepared for my next ride than ever before. I highly recommend "On The Wheel" to anyone with a passion for motorcycles, and I can't wait to visit them again soon. A big thanks to Dan who helped me with my purchase.

Staff is very good friendly and helpful, especially Dan Mear
Thank you

Excellent service from Dan during my recent bike purchase and part exchange. From start to finish, from first stopping by to look at a bike which I couldn't resist, to collection day.
Many thanks.

The whole buying process from beginning to end was super easy and Dan was great in the communication, really clear about costs, warranty etc.
Made me feel confident buying my first big bike.

Very simple buying process.
Great communications from Lenny Partridge at the Portslade superstore.
Bike handover easy but needed to be reminded to stamp the service book and pink marks left on all the screws (not cleaned off).
Happy with the bike!

Onthewheel and in particular Dan Mear were very professional. The service was excellent and the whole process of buying my bike was a pleasure...

I was looking for a specific motorbike model at the Southwick branch, but it was not available on the day of my visit. Lenny was very helpful and found that the exact model I wanted was coming in just a week later. He sent me photos and details of the bike. I went ahead with the sale and Lenny made the finance/handover process very easy and smooth. Great experience for my first motorbike purchase! :D

Dan was very efficient and helpful and could answer my questions.
Buying process very straight forward.
When in the location plan to visit shop.
Am looking forward to OnThe Wheel delivering the bike to me in Norwich

Nice experience from start to finish. Very straight forward purchase of a bike for my son with a part-ex. Good show room and facilities, easy parking, friendly and professional staff.

Salesman Dan is very informative and helpful making the whole process of part exchanging nice and simple looking forward to handover day .

Very happy with the service I received from Dan, from first contact to receiving my new bike was really easy and I'd highly recommend On The Wheel to anyone.

Further to my recent review giving a 5 star rating for Lenny the salesman at Onthewheel, when I bought my Honda.
I returned a few days later as I kept hearing a funny knocking noise which was worrying me. Although Lenny couldn't hear the noise. He still booked the scooter in for inspection. The following morning the mechanic phoned to say that he had taken the drive assembly apart but could not see anything amiss. I collected it and so far, after using for several days, there is NO funny knocking noise. Something must have been a bit loose and got tightened in the re-assembly. Much praise again to Lenny and co: for not dismissing me as paranoid and returning me to 100% satisfaction with my beautiful Honda sh 125.

Was attended by Dan today who done the handover of my yamaha MT 125. Talked me threw the bike and was very helpful and attentive to my questions

I was helped to make my first motorbike purchase by Dan . He told his time to explain the different type of models in the Mutt range . After choosing the model I liked the look of he demonstrated how wonderful it sounded. He then talked me through the process of buying the motor bike and what would happen next . His communication throughout was very good and I could ring him if I needed any more help/advice. Unfortunately Dan was unavailable to hand over the bike to me , but he arranged for Lenny to do the hand over . Lenny who I had spoken to before was again very helpful and knowledgeable about the model I had chosen and he gave me a detailed explanation of the bike controls and how to check the oil and to adjust the chain . All in all the guys at On the wheel are very willing to help and answered any questions I had and the experience went very smoothly indeed.

Friendly and very knowledgeabl
