opi nail varnish, the worst ever ! does not even stay on 2 days! Dont even need nail varnish remover to get it off! just scrapes off!

Delivery is average cost but you have to pay for returns yourself, if I returned the item to them I'd barely be getting any money back, as I was told items had to be sent back Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracked. If I do order opi products again I will go through another online company. Also alot of items the colour on the website is alot different to what actually arrives.

I paid €18.50 for my first bottle of OPI nail varnish. I am tired of getting my nails done, mainly because shellac is annoying to remove unless you're constantly getting it redone which we all know can get quite expensive.
I can honestly say, OPI is the lowest quality varnish I have ever used. I put on a super thin layer, let it dry and it chipped almost IMMEDIATELY as in less than an hour later. Ok, I thought I must have applied too thin a layer. I removed and started again. It went on cakey and the brush was making a mess of it. After a third attempt (the next day), I managed to get the application looking 'acceptable' and even. The next day, 4 nails had either worn away or chipped. Do NOT waste your money. Rimmel varnish is approx €6, lasts longer and has a better finish. Avoid. Really disappointing.

I ordered a special offer pack for my granddaughter as a gift, and some items for me. It was despatched via UPS, they gave me multiple times for the order to arrive, stating it needed to be signed for, I arranged for someone to be in to collect it, then UPS changed the delivery time, so I stayed in for this one, but they changed it again, stating the address was not correct, it was. Then I spoke to Monika at customer services (could not get in touch with anyone at UPS) she was so lovely and phoned up UPS, they in turn phoned me up, it was not a pleasant conversation, the person I spoke to was rude and curt. He said they will email me with another day for delivery, I got home from picking my grandchildren up, and there was a card in the door, saying they had called and there was a tick box saying nobody was in for the parcel another date needs to be arranged. Once again, I called the lovely Monika, who is arranging for me to have the items cost refunded into my account with postage.
I cannot say about the quality of the goods, I never received them. The quality of UPS is dire, and customer services with OPI was top notch.
I guess I will have to stick with Revlon or Boots. So disappointed.

Totally disappointed in how OPI products have gone so downhill! I polished my fingernails yesterday using OPI Base Coat, OPI Nail Polish and OPI Top Coat. Sounds good right? Less than 24 hours later, there are already two fingers with nail tips completely exposed with no polish and three finger tips already showing considerable chips on the tips! Garbage! For $12.99 a bottle x 3 bottles? A waste of money! For these results you're better buying a $4.99 brand, NOT OPI. I'm completely disgusted that OPI had turned to garbage! Save you money. A professional manicure is cheaper & lasts longer!

I have been using OPI for many years and being a nail technician i have used many brands. OPI surpasses many brands in terms of quality, innovation and choice of shades. The new gel polish is fabulous and definitely worth the investment. It’s a higher end price but you get what you pay for! I love it and my clients love it too!

Monika was an absolute angel! Whilst organising my return via Royal Mail, they mislabelled my parcels and ended up having the incorrect parcel returned back to Opi instead. Naturally I was stressed in case it went missing or something happened but Monika excellent service meant I could trust her entirely. She coordinated with the warehouse staff to notify her when the parcel was delivered and has arranged for delivery back to my home address all within 2 working days. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done to resolve this, particularly going above and beyond to help me. This level of customer service is exceptional and she deserves to be recognised massively by her management. I can never thank her enough for her help and kindness. Thank you so much and keep being amazing!

Sadly I can’t recommend because the use of the numerous repair products, in spite of their cost, is confusing 😢

This product does not deserve even one star. The OPI 'nail strengthener' has destroyed my nails! About a fortnight after I started applying it my nails started to split right down to the quick which was extremely painful as well as being unsightly. As I had bought it through ebay, I tried to contact them to see if I could have my money back; however this proved to be very complicated - and in the end I had to leave it. It has taken months for my nails to be normal again.
I have pictures to show how my nails looked after applying the OPI 'nail strengthener' but don't see how I can attach them to my review.

Not even 1* I saw good reviews so bought Nail Envy. Within a week of using it my nails were literally splitting into layers and flaking off. They weren’t bad nails but thought I would see if I could strengthen them. Big mistake! They are so bad I look like I bite my nails. Had to cut them right back.

I read some great reviews about nail envy, I really wish I had read these reviews first.
The brush was dreadful and left streaky lines. The polish didnt last, and chipped almost immediately.
It was expensive to buy, and not worth a penny.

I wouldn’t even give this one star! I’ve just purchased loads of these and wish I hadn’t. They’re cheap, thin, chip in seconds! Terrible quality! You can get better on shein at 95% cheaper! Will never use OPI again.

I used to like OPI, especially the range of taupes were second to none. In the past year however I have noticed a dramatic decline in quality. The coverage is invariably very poor and there is no durability. When I compare recently purchased bottles with older ones, they are much thinner and they don't "cure" or set up well at all. Will not buy again. Very disappointing.

I have ordered from UK opi before & had great service.
Not this time.
I placed an order on 24th April. I didn't receive my order so on 2nd may I sent them an email. They responded quickly & said they would send out another order.
Time went on, I emailed again, the item had been dropped off at a local shop, they had forgotten to tell me.
This shop is notorious for losing parcels, it is not a place I would choose. There was only 2 days left to collect the parcel & I couldn't physically collect it.
Another email was sent, they would deliver it on the 14th June.
On Wednesday 12th June, I received a message from them to say my item had been delivered. At this point, I seriously started to doubt my memory, had it arrived & I hadn't realised??
Low & behold my item arrived on Friday 14th, my sanity now restored!
It took 7 weeks to arrive.
From now on I will buy my opi products from another beauty website.
Truly shocking service.

Some very nice shades but a poor range of pale pink and neutral colours, with most of them being yellow based. The new base and top coats are shockingly bad, taking ages to dry. At £17.50 the Infinite shine polish is very over priced. The company really need a change of direction ie more unique shades, cheaper prices and re-formulation of the top and base coats.

I always thought OPI was one of the best nail polish brands but now I realise I’m wrong. I just spent a lot of money on GelColor polish, with base, colours and top coat, and it’s truly the worst. It chips the same day I put it on, the shiny topcoat seems to have disappeared, and the polish does this weird thing where it shrinks in from the edges. The cheap gel polish I bought from the supermarket which I thought was terrible, is even better than this OPI gel product. So disappointed.

I never leave reviews normally but in this case I feel that I need to warn everyone from buying your press nails.
My nails are so damaged because I have suffered chemical burns from the strong nail glue that is packaged within the fake nail box.
I would describe my now nails as paper thin, splitting halfway across the nail also they turned a black then green colour to which 2weeks on they are still green and painful to touch. I cannot shower or wash my hair unless I wear plastic gloves with thick tape around my wrists to stop the water from touching my nails as any water or heat on my nails is too painful.
I sought advice from my pharmacist who told me that I had suffered chemical burns, these nail packs need to be taken off the shelves.
I will be taking this further and consulting a solicitors for personal injury.

Purchased the new OPI repair - £29.00 for a treat and it’s horrendous. Did what it said on the box and my lovely nails are so damaged now and very dry. OPI were not that interested just said send some photos. Boots were good and case file was raised and the item was refunded. . Poor show OPI :(
