I have just purchased my first Opi nail varnish and it’s the worst nail varnish I’ve ever bought. It’s thin & runny, hard to apply without it actually running off my nails.
It’s taken 4 coats on my toe nails and it still hasn’t covered properly. On my fingernails it’s chipped already after allowing to dry for around an hour.

I love Opi! I have so many and it’s pretty expensive. There is another company I can’t think of their name but I’m going to give them a try it’s about the same price and they had a huge selection. The problem is I have had 3 bottles of opi that I just bought fall and break on me. 3 bottles!!! Brand new!! I spent 40 on nail polish that broke one on carpet before I even got to use them! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have never bought such a terrible nail polish. Bought it at the airport, so it’s definitely an original product. 2-3 coats and it comes off in 1 day. I cannot believe it. The nail polish for £1 is probably better.

What has happened to OPI Nail varnish???? It used to be one coat application, no chipping and lasted for ages. Recent purchase (You Don't Know Jacques' is thin, patchy and despite 3 coats, showed signs of wear after ONE DAY! Won't be buying again at that price thank you very much.

I don't know how long you have to use opi nail envy before you see any results. I have used it for 4 full weeks and done exactly as it says on the instructions and my nails are no different at all. Still weak and splitting.

I ordered 5 different nail polish products from the website on Black Friday availing of around 15% off on all products, this was a present for my girlfriend. I live in Ireland and I was able to select it as a delivery country.

After around 1 week, week and a half, I received an email stating that they don't deliver to Ireland which is strange because they allowed me to select it. So I asked if I could use a Parcel Motel service where they send it to a UK address and the parcel then is delivered to Ireland. They say that wouldn't be a problem but I need to re-order the products. I noticed the Black Friday offers were not there anymore so I kindly asked if they can send me a code to avail the same offer. They plainly said no and they didn't offer anything, absolutely anything of help.
I left this same review in their website but of course, they didn't publish it, it seems they only publish good reviews. Very disappointed of this website and their customer service.

I ordered 5 nail polishes from the website (OPI Belgium) to the Netherlands and I received them two days later! They also send me an email for every single change in the delivery-process, and I really like to get an update.
Last week I also ordered OPI polishes at the online webshop “LookFantastic”, but I really don’t recommend this website; they lost my package and I can’t communicate with the customer service (no phone, no chat, no mail).
So if you want to order OPI nail polishes, I would really recommend to buy it from their own website!

The worst. Rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and always out of stock of line. As a massage therapist I offer services that require a high end lotion. I started using these products a few years ago and my clients love them. But you can’t find them anywhere anymore. Obviously they have discontinued the line but refuse to answer questions about it. And actually they get down right rude! I’m moving onto a new line and OPI can go to hell! I will never work with there products again and I hope you will do the same!!

I am a stockist and a wholesaler of OPI and I use their products In My treatments. On a whole, as a brand their products are great, expensive but great products. However, I’ve never come across as appalling customer service as they provide. They are the most unhelpful, and to be frank rude company that I have ever dealt with.

Don't buy OPI nail strengthener as the glass bottle is very fragile. My cat knocked my bottle off the kitchen table onto the tiled floor where it shattered completely so I bought another bottle and this one has also broken. It was inside a makeup bag along with other nail polishes. The bag got knocked off a chest of drawers and fell onto carpet. Everything else was fine but the OPI bottle was broken & made a horrendous mess inside the bag. I certainly wouldn't trust this brand again.

I was never given a delivery date. I checked my emails everyday and checked online to see if it was still just listed as 'dispatched'. Getting worried I emailed them and they were quick to respond that a delivery had been attempted but as I wasn't home it was dropped off a the nearest UPS address - 20 minutes away. I am now going to have to travel that far just to collect a single nail polish.
No email given to inform me of this, cannot find the delivery card, and it still is listed as 'dispatched' online.
