The exchange process
Their exchange process takes so long and it is complicated. I bought sunglasses as a gift and i had to wait too long for them to come and pick up the shades, to inspect it, then again come with the new one. It is embarrassing! The recipient didn’t receive the gift yet..

It’s advertised to receive the contact lenses within two to three days, it took 6 days. When I called the phone number listed on the website nobody answered. The slow delivery and poor customer service will make me look at other companies.
