Long wait time & Grammatical error
Very lovely customer service. However, the product took nearly 7 weeks to arrive and when it did arrive, there was a very noticeable grammatical error.

Thank you so much for your feedback and saying that you were happy with our customer service.
With the delivery time, as stated on our website, the standard delivery to the USA is 7-14 business days once shipped. With personalized items like the one you received, they also take a bit longer to create and make truely one of a kind and unique, sometimes up to 10 business days.
As you ordered on the 18th March and received the item on the 19th April, the delivery time was actually only 4 weeks which is inline with the delivery times for the item you ordered.
If any errors are ever found on any of our jewelry we sincerely apolagize and you can contact our customer service through email or via the contact us page on our website so we can work to rectify the issue.
