Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you were not happy with the size of the earrings.
Size can be a personal preference and I have had some customer say the same earrings are too big so it really depends on what type of jewelry you like. As they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder!
To assist with this we have a photo with the size of the earrings on the website and also a photo with the earrings in a persons ear so you can gauge the size of the earrings before you purchase.
Hopefully you will have more luck with you next purchase.

Very disappointed with the items I received small than it looks in advert the necklace chain was all tangled up took a lot of time to sort the box which was advertised was not the same came in paper box. Very poor

The presentation of our jewelry is an area we pride ourselves on and from time to time the necklaces do get moved around in transit but if packed correctly this should not happen so I apologise for this.
I will have to follow up to see which box you received as you should have received one of our personalized boxes and sometimes on the rare occasion we run out of boxes but the replacement box should have been the same quality as our normal box just without the logo.
Once again I am very sorry your experience with us is not where we would like it to be and we will take on this feedback to do better.

Recently ordered a birth flower necklace with my son's birth month flower and initials on the back. Its such a beautiful necklace that came in gorgeous packaging. It's also high quality, and the prettiest gold color. I haven't taken it off since I opened it and its one of the most meaningful gifts a mom could have! I absolutely recommend Oscar and Willow!

I ordered the birth flower necklace with five flowers (one for each of my immediate family members. I was highly impressed by the quality of this necklace. The shop owner is very responsive and helpful when it came to any questions I had.

I ordered a customized necklace for my mom for Mother’s Day. I got to pick the flowers as well as have it engraved on the back. I loved how the necklace came out. It’s so great that you can customize and make a sentimental gift. I’d definitely order again for more gifts. I was super happy with this one!
