Although our furniture arrived slightly later than initially anticipated, the responsiveness and courtesy that was demonstrated by customer service when I inquired about the shipment totally overshadowed any inconvenience of the delay. They demonstrated interest in my concerns, gave accurate answers and even asked if there was a specific date or event for which we needed this furniture. We will continue to use OFP for all of our outdoor furniture needs, as we live in a relatively rural area and our ‘Brick and Mortar’ choices are quite limited to only big box stores. Customer service sets this business apart and makes them a pleasure with whom to do business. Order with confidence.

The process to order was simple and the product was to me quickly.

I saw iron patio chairs by Woodard, online, that I really liked and they were not available in my area to go and try. Outdoor Furniture Plus had the best price for 2 of them so I called and spoke to a representative who was so wonderful and gave me lots of extra information which reassured me they would be a good choice. They arrived in less than a month, perfectly and safely packed and communication throughout the process was outstanding.
