I ordered motorcycle tyre in 2026 april…

I ordered motorcycle tyre in 2026 april 10th, got the order confirmation and shipment tracking number, but there's no any real information about when shipment should arrive and no normal information what's happening with the shipment. One month already passed, no shipment no refund no support comunication. Support only replys "shipment is on the way"

Sent wrong item (Warehouse Error) and refuses to fix it – Order A0228G0126

Beware of this company. I ordered two Cooper Discoverer STT PRO tires (37X13.5 R17), but they delivered the wrong size (37X12.5 R17).The company officially admitted in an email that this was a "warehouse error" (their mistake), yet they REFUSE to exchange the items or refund the money. They claim that because 14 days have passed, they are no longer responsible, even though they sent the wrong product to a business client (B2B).This is a clear breach of contract. A warehouse error is not a "change of mind" return—it is a failure to deliver what was paid for. They admitted the mistake but now hide behind internal policies to keep the money. Totally unprofessional and dishonest business practice.Order number: A0228G0126.

Good price

Good price. Long delivery time. There was no mention, that tyre is 4 years old, I thought that its a brand new tyre, but its not so new...

Delivery times can sometimes be extended due to transport conditions or other unforeseen delays. Regarding the DOT, tyres over 36 months should normally be indicated on the site. If this was probably not clearly mentioned in your case, please open a ticket with our after-sales service so our team can check your order and provide an appropriate solution.

Apgailestaujame dėl tokio vėlavimo. Nurodytas terminas yra orientacinis, tačiau 3 savaitės laukti tikrai nėra normalu ir situaciją reikia patikrinti.
