Poor service - nothing delivered
Item did not turn up on time (within 7 days of ordering) rather than offering to the refund the pricey delivery charge, this company chose to refund the entire order which means a week after ordering I am back at square 1 - a complete waste of time! Won’t be using again

OK but a few issues.
Delay due to unexpected circumstances made the move run late. Most things arrived undamaged but the unrequested plastic wrap pulled a piece of wood off a cupboard. Boxes were mostly in the correct rooms, but some were random, e.g. sewing machine was put in the kitchen despite me stating it was a sewing machine to go in the designated craft room.

Indifferent product advertising/control…
Advertised a product and delayed delivery holding the money. When they delivered they sent the wrong product and stated that their system was incorrect. Held the monies until I sorted out a return. All in all wasted my time and even though they admitted it was their issue did not make an offer of compensation for the hassle caused.

I’ve got to say I thought this deal was too good to be true, I just had that gut feeling.
I received an email saying we are waiting for your order to be fulfilled, alarm bells started to ring. I then emailed company, within 45 minutes got a reply informing me my order had been cancelled.
I then spoke to a lady who works for Parkem Ltd she basically couldn’t give two monkeys - she was so rude she gave me a million and one excuses why her company was quite happy to take my money knowing full well my order was never going to be fulfilled. I will never ever deal with this company again !
Within minutes I ordered same keyboard from a well known multi billion mega supplier for a few pounds more - it’s already been dispatched.
Lesson Learnt - if you buy off the internet always use a Trusted well known supplier.
01/02/2024 as of today Parkem are still advertising this Keyboard as in stock - it isn’t buyers be aware 🤨

J'ai passé une commande que je devais recevoir le lundi, puis le jeudi et enfin le vendredi entre 14h05 et 15h05. Je l'ai finalement reçue le vendredi à 16h30.
Je contacte donc le service clients pour demander le remboursement des frais de livraison pour le temps perdu.
On me répond que je ne serai pas remboursée des frais de livraison car j'ai reçu mon colis.
Pas de geste commercial alors que j'ai dû rester 3 jours chez moi à attendre mon colis !

Avoid this company
I had ordered a right sized product as recommended by the manufacturer, but it didn't fit. Parkem wouldn't accept the return - trying a product considered as using a provide. Avoid this company. Think 100 times before you from these guys.
