Took 3 tries
Received an oven element in a too-flimsy box with a missing bolt tab at the end. A second element was received, bent beyond use, in same too-flimsy box model. A third element received, again bent, this time installable. Same un-protective flimsy box. Customer is a busy restaurant, I think my first order with PartsFE. My company values and enjoys deeply-invested relationships with our clients; PartsFE so far has not enhanced this. Restaurants ought not wait a month to have a simple element received and PFE is well aware of this.

Hi,
We sincerely apologies for the delay in delivery, we have shipped your order on time without any delay and you can see that in your tracking.
But somehow this was lost while in transit this was a carrier mistake
later this was delivered even we are surprised how was that happened.
We understand your urgency in the part, we are extremely sorry for that we tried to do a free replacement but somehow there is no stock left in the warehouse.
You are aware of all this issue happened with carrier and it's not fair that you are blaming us
Even we did not expect something will happen with carrier in this manner.
Resolution: Your credit is ready with us and will be initiated within two business day you can see a email confirmation after the initiation.
