We ordered the wrong part by mistake…
We ordered the wrong part by mistake and needed to return the item. We sent an email and called and spoke to the customer service who had promised that he would send us an email with return instructions but never did. When we called again, there is no answer and no reply to our several emails regarding the return. We were simply ignored. We would not use this company again for any future orders.
