Mostly Satisfied
Easy to order products. Will use again if needed. The one thing that needs to be addressed is I placed an order for 2 motors. Only received one. I received no notification as to why I only received one. I had to call. I was informed it was not a back order and would receive an email regarding status. Didn' receive email and had to make another call. Finally got email stating that the 2nd motor would be deilivered Saturday. I was not happy! I should have been informed the day I placed my order that one motor would be delayed!

We're sorry for late updates, One of the motor was shipped form another warehouse that's made delayed in delivery but we delivered 2 motors within a week for Ground shipments.

Ordered part, was late even though paid for next day i recieved it 3days late.
They did however refund my extra shipping.

Apologies for the delay. We received your order on Monday(Oct 30th) and shipped on same day with UPS NEXT Day Air but unfortunately there was an issue with UPS and it got delivered on Wednesday.
Not every time we delivery parts on time. Please give us another chance we can prove PartsFe is the best

Apologies for the delay. We received your order on Friday(sept 21st) after shipping hours. So, this order was shipped on 22nd from our warehouse.
The next two days are Saturday and Sunday. As per UPS Next business day was Monday and you received your order on Monday as per Next Day air
