In stock and quick delivery!
We had a local company come in and diagnose our oven and were told that it needed an ignition module. We were told that it would be 2-6 weeks before they could get one and the part itself would be close to $400. I found the ignition module on a Thursday evening and had it overnighted at half the price. My husband put it in, saving us another $300. Thanks!

Sent me the wrong peices in a part then…
Sent me the wrong peices in a part then took almost 2 weeks to tell me they wanted the whole part back, I just sourced the correct pilot tubing for a valve from my local supply store. End result no credit issued and told me they couldn't help. Update: I ordered a ts style safety from you guys with 3/16 tubing and it was supposed to be 1/4 but it's ok fixed now thanks to Blodgett support and my local parts vendor.

Sorry for the delay, We raised return request on Jul 25, 2023. once we received the part back to us it will be inspected by our Quality team and then we issue refund. It takes like 8-10 business days once we received the product back.
We initiated refund on Aug 11, 2023.

Good part, excessive ship charge
Received correct part and in good condition. It is a very small part weighing an ounce or less. The shipping charge for such a small part was way too high.

The timing getting my order was good. But I called to ask about why I didn't receive the parts expected it was told they would call me back shortly. That was a week ago. The website picture of the part I needed didn't match what I was sent. A return call would have been appreciated.

What makes for a good experience?
The parts I'm looking for are in stock and ready to ship the day I order them. Can't ask for faster service than that.
Also important to me is good packing. My parts arrive without damage because they're boxed and packed properly.

Parts were not shipped NDA, after we paid for the NDA rate, item was purchased prior to 9 a.m. no reason item wasn't shipped out same day.
Did not receive an invoice for purchase only order confirmation.
