A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! Doesn't give you access to your medical records & documents associated with said records. Keeps loading the exact same document when clicking on different times & dates if loading a document at all! Yet more money wasted by the NHS! DON'T BOTHER WITH IT.

Was told by our GP to use this service, for something as critical as patient care to simply say “download an authenticator” and not even suggest or better specify one to use is a ridiculous user experience and opens users up to being sucked into paid apps and potential malware/data capture, the whole process and site is like its been written by high school kids in their IT lessons, whoever at the NHS signed this off needs sacking immediately!
Just useless
So disappointing. All I've done is change my phone but due to this Patient Access won't allow me to order any repeat prescriptions. I've dealt with Nick from their tech team and may as well have had a conversation with a bag of bolts. No care, no attempt to provide meaningful help, just "do this and it'll work" repeated over and over, in spite of this being rude, frustrating and unhelpful.

My bank has less login requirements than you.
What was wrong with the already complicated and unexessary log in requirements.
In all my years I've never encountered such a useless app.
This is for ill people yet it is difficult enough for people who aren't ill to navigate.
How on earth do you continue to hold an NHS contract when all of your ratings here are 1 star ?

This is a scam website DO NOT USE. I booked and paid for a flu jab and when I turned up at the pharmacy was told they didn’t do weekend appointments and they haven’t had any stock for weeks. I paid for a taxi to the pharmacy and now am out of pocket for the jab and taxi and there is no contact details to phone anyone. A SCAM
Impossible to reset my password
Impossible to reset my password. I’ve tried countless times however I just return to the Home Screen. I would have given zero stars if possible.
Access is absolutely the wrong word.
Access is absolutely the wrong word. When you need it it does not work, locks you out and tells you to go away. Not suitable for anyone without a smartphone to complement the computer and they seem to have disabled the memorable word route for the times when the mobile is not available. It would be dangerous to rely on this app.

I would give it a zero.Sign in on line and code not sent to my phone .Use the phone and the code flashes for a millisecond.Whoever devised this diabolical system is causing more anguish to the elderly who they must hate.After a couple of tries you are denied access.
Perhaps the reality is the NHS should not be available to their largest clientele.

Horrendous system. Impossible to work out and even when registered, it only allows ordering of repeat prescriptions as GP surgery disabled all other functions including even simple
Messages. Waste of time and money and very very stressful to try and set up.

I am fairly computer literate but can't sign into this website. I am stuck in a look of using the authenticator app, being kicked out, then signing in again with the authenticator app. Useless.

Ever since trying to change GP…
Ever since trying to change GP surgeries on my app it just stopped working. I've tried everything, I've tried making a new account but of course it won't let me because it says an account already exists with my current email adress (and I am not making a new email address!) I've also tried resetting my password and that won't work either.
It's just so stupid because there no actual human being to contact about it either. Apparently it's a good idea digitalise everything and completely get rid of human contact because it saves money!!!!
Overly complicated and ineffective.
Tried to set up an account and even after following all the prompts (think sledgehammer to crack a nut) was unable to do so and I backed out very quickly when I received a warning that the website was not secure!

I've got 3 serious health issues one of them is dibilitating in several ways the one way that is relevant to this review is mental fatigue if I'm attempting to look at anything that requires mental input I really struggle and can't do anymore after 5 minutes. Trying to navigate this service just to get to the point of being able to use it is one of the most difficult things I try to do online this is on par with the new governments ID service which is forced upon us now too.
Accessing this service requires a lot of security measures to even get it working and for me I can't do it. Do they consider everyone who uses this bearing in mind this is primarily for people with health issues I need it to look at medical test results so I can pass them onto one of my specialists out of county I struggled originally settings this up years ago but it's got even harder I'm very technically skilled with IT but moving GP practices now I can't do it I'm so frustrated as I don't even care who sees my records patients should be given the choice of what level security they have regarding their own information I'm suffering with cancer, a brain tumour and ME when you're dealing with so much you don't need your life made harder by pen pushers with nothing better to do than make everyone's life that much harder we're controlled so much in this country we can't even breath anymore
