Cheeky cheeky company ordered a shed in may noticed within 2 days was going to be problems so asked for a full refund all I got was emails back saying sorry for delay please allow us to complete order went straight to my bank who refunded,I kept a record of all emails they sent saying shed was held up til end of July they had the cheek to put up false delivery records and sent pictures of a completely different shed in someone else's back garden not even the shed I ordered and tried to pass it off as the shed I had ordered that they had delivered just to get out of the chargeback from my bank cheeky cheeky company avoid and don't give them your money as you will not get what you asked for check the other patioslife profile has nothing but complaints of not getting items and taking ages with refunds

I want to cancel the order but no option to do so on the confirmation email. Tried to call the contact number but it goes dead. AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE
Like others have fallen victim to this scam website. Had the confirmation email that i should write to them if i needed my order soon (an £800 pergola) so I did. Received an email 2 days later surprisingly telling me the item was out of stock but I could have a much cheaper alternative if i wanted and they'd refund the difference (sure they will). Fortunately purchased through Klarna so will get my money back but AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Edit: order number is #UKP123770.
Patioslife - I don’t want your cheap alternative or a 3% refund to wait several weeks or maybe forever. Stop emailing and cancel my order.
Edit: further update - like other reviewers, I have had several offers of discounts, alternative products etc and have been very clear that I wish to cancel the order, and despite this the order is still open. I'm not sure what the game is here, I will get my money back through Klarna (eventually given how less than helpful Klarna actually is with scams.)
EDIT: The painfully slow back and forth on email has now reached its inevitable conclusion with a phishing request asking for my bank account details because apparently they cannot refund by Klarna - what absolute nonsense. Report to police.

Quality gear, just a few hiccups on the way.
After a few problems with stock availability and communication issues but all came good in the end with alternatives being offered.
Now we have received the parasol and base the quality of the product is very good and have no complaints.
I’m sure if we’d ordered in autumn or early spring, rather than the hight of the longest uk summer in recent history we would have received the order without a hiccup. Order placed 7th July. Parasol arrived 30th July, base 5th August.

I placed a significant order with Patiolife.uk, which has been paid for in full. Since then I have received no further communication from the company, despite multiple attempts to follow up by both email and telephone. Calls go unanswered and emails receive no response.
This is a completely unacceptable standard of service. I have paid for goods that have not been delivered, and the company has made no effort to explain the delay, provide a revised timeline, or offer a refund. Based on my experience, I believe this pattern of behaviour warrants investigation by the relevant authorities, including Trading Standards, the Advertising Standards Authority and Citizens Advice consumer service, to determine whether other customers have been affected in the same way.
I would urge anyone considering placing an order with this company to proceed with extreme caution.

This is the second review I have…
This is the second review I have written about this dreadful company. Their email responses are all AI generated (some sent in the early hours of the morning), and all they do is offer money off instead of processing my refund of £380, which I have now asked for MULTIPLE TIMES. Still no sign of the money back in my account. Please avoid using Patioslife.uk at all costs (and don't confuse it with Patio-Life.co.uk which is a genuine company doing genuine business as far as I can tell).

Appalling service
Appalling service. Very late delivery with no comms until I chased. Very happy to take payment but as soon as it has been completed I get information about delays which the company knew about at the point of order and
is completely against what their delivery states on the website. Still waiting for delivery and updated comms, order date was 28th June with a 3-5 working day delivery. Really frustrating.
Still absolutely no comms from this company despite responding to the below and giving all my details. Chased up to find out when item will arrive as have received no update chased again on the 19th and 22nd July - based again waiting latest update. Still nothing has been delivered. 3-5 working days has now turned into over a month and a half. Considering cancelling and taking them to the regulator bodies including the ICO. You are not allowed to false advertise. And the time this company took my payment they knew perfectly well they didn’t have it in stock however it stated delivery within 3 - 5 working days.

I have a very small decking but cannot…
I have a very small decking but cannot sit in direct sun. We had a concern about if the cantilever parasol would work in such a small area.
The support staff could not have been more helpful and we were in touch numerous times.
Being almost 80years old this was not a straightforward installation. The help that they gave me was above and beyond any normal setup.
Now we have the parasol up and working my wife and I couldn't be happier with the product and despite our small decking is working wonderfully.
I would recommend the product and the management to anyone who is looking for a cantilever parasol in a small area.

Quality products and simple to assemble
Large choice of canopies and one of the few that offered very large parasols. Managed to purchase when there was a discount available and all round the experience from purchase to delivery was excellent. Warranty offered as well which I personally always look for, so that was another big plus point in my choice to purchase from them. The parasol was easy to fully construct and it was up in no time. Love the integral lights which look great and do actually give off a lot of light in the dark.

Having reviewed on line various models I went for the collapsible cantilever style with a base and I am not disappointed one bit.
In fact I'm very impressed with the simplistic operation of opening and closing, the size of the cover area and the flexibility of numerous positions.

Much needed shade
After much research, and having go through multiple parasols over the years we decided to go for a cantilever style.
Patioslife had a great range, plenty of choice, and we hoped would be a great product too.
We have NOT been disappointed. It has made our external furniture now usable in the heat as it provides with its canopy total cover over the seat and table.
Delivery was quick, two bits for us which came on different days, but it was also easy to assemble, and then fill the base with water to give added support as well. The base arrived on day 1 and the parasol on day two.
Assembly was just putting in some bolts/allen keys, and then lifting the parasol into place. Magic.
Love the operation of the cantilever, so simple, but also the way you can rotate the arm as well is a clever yet simple design an process.
