I was shipped the wrong size. I emailed customer service and they were very quick to respond and never made me wait anymore than 12 hours for a response. A shipping label was sent to return the shoes... Ver mais

Patta was founded by Edson Sabajo and Guillaume ‘Gee’ Schmidt. Both were instrumental in the Dutch hip-hop and nightlife community in the 90’s and early 2000’s - Edson as a DJ and Gee as an MC and event host. The music minded pair also had a shared obsession with hunting internationally for sneakers and records. They soon found themselves funneling a steady supply of gear from their travels, back home to their community in Amsterdam, which grew naturally into a business partnership. Before they knew it, the demand started growing, and a cult favorite brand was born. Today, Patta is one of few internationally revered, black-owned streetwear brands and consists of a clothing line, Patta Soundsystem, Patta Running Team and, most recently, the Patta Foundation focusing on youth cultural education. The brand is named after a slang term for “shoe” - a nod to the founders’ Surinamese heritage. A creative family to the core, Patta encourages inspiring collaborations, cultural crossover, and unconventional forms.

I came down to the London Store on the 19th August after having a meeting. I live in Manchester so i always make sure i visit before heading back up north.
I love Patta as a brand and what they create. The customer service in store is always 1st class. You are always welcomed and asked if there is anything you may need help with. They are very polite and helpful.
When I came down i was served by Sayeed who was so helpful and friendly. He helped me get the correct size T-shirt for my nephew and was absolutely brilliant. A credit to the store and brand.
Highly recommend Patta in Soho and as a brand.

Online heb ik een jas besteld en afgerekend, maar deze blijkt niet leverbaar. Krijg ik een email dat ze mijn geld terugstorten binnen 30 dagen.. wat moet ik nu zo lang zonder jas of geld? Lekker verhaal.

Big fan of the brand! Good quality of clothing and I like their designs. Unfortunately a t-shirt was already sold out, but my order still got through in the system. Nevertheless, transparant communication and a solution was provided accordingly.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Patta over a limited release order, and I think it’s worth sharing how poorly it was handled.
I ordered some Patta x Nike NRG limited t-shirts, which sold out in minutes. I selected UPS pick-up, as it was heavily advertised during checkout. On the day the parcel was due to arrive, I received an email saying the parcel shop had rejected the package — meaning I never even had the chance to collect it.
I called Patta and was told someone would follow up by email. Over the next two weeks, I was repeatedly told the order would be redirected to a new address I provided. Instead, the package was returned to Patta, with no delivery attempt made at the new address.
Customer service had reassured me that once it arrived back, it would be resent. But once it returned to their warehouse, they did a complete U-turn and told me it was no longer possible, as the stock had already been processed and sold out. Despite earlier promises, all they could offer was a refund.
This situation was caused entirely by the shipping method they offered, yet I was the one left without the items. No safeguards were in place to reserve returned stock, especially frustrating when the mistake was on their side, not mine.
This experience has really soured my view of Patta. They don’t seem equipped to handle customer issues, and once something goes wrong, their only resolution is to refund and move on, regardless of how limited or important the item is to the buyer.
And to be clear, this isn’t a review looking for a generic apology or a templated “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” reply. It’s about holding a brand accountable when customers are let down without proper care or consideration. It shouldn’t be difficult for a company to say, “when this arrives back, save it, it needs to be reposted.” Somehow, even that simple step was beyond them.
Supporters of the brand deserve better.

UK store is great. Friendly knowledgable service. Online however is a completely different story. I purchase a Jacket that was showing in stock in my size. Several days later my order was cancelled due to the item not being in stock. This isn't great in itself. I emailed to ask them to change it to another size that was available on their website, No. They can't do that. You have to buy the other size while you wait up to 30 days for a refund. With all the disruptor banks and payment systems and other streetwear brands processing refunds immediately or within a few days, I am still waiting for a refund for for over £200. I won't be buying from Patta online again. Its like they've lost touch with people loyal to the brand and technology.

I can't get in touch with Patta about returning a t shirt. So hopefully a review will get your attention. I try to click on your returns link on your website but it says page not found. I've emailed customer service, whatsapp and theres no number to call ? Hopefully if someone who works there sees this and gives me return instructions, I can remove this.

I’ve been wearing patta since mid 2000’s. Just recently placed an order that got hit with some unexpected tariff numbers. The team over at patta, went out there way to work out a solution so I can still get my 2 jerseys, I really appreciated the love and support. Definitely more about the culture than money. That’s what’s up!
I have tried to contact their customer service through their site two days in a row about an order that hasn't been shipped *more than a week* after placing it and I’m not getting any answer, despite my messages being marked as "viewed".
Then I sent them an e-mail, to which they eventually replied, asking for my address, assuring me that my order would get shipped promptly.
It's now been 4 days since I first tried contacting them. My order still hasn’t been sent out, I'm not hearing from them and I don’t have a means of cancelling my order through their site.
I was holding off on writing a negative review because I like their clothes and errors might occur, but my experience with their customer service was just frustratingly bad due to their lack of communication.
Edit: Added a star since the delivery delay apparently wasn’t entirely their fault. My experience with their customer support was still bad.

Had een 'klacht' over een kleine afwijkingen in een schoen. Dat is meer dan netjes afgehandeld.
Was overigens voor het eerst in ongeveer 10 bestellingen dat er iets niet 100% was.
