Greatest Support I have experienced!

Had the issue where I ordered some stuff with a discount code that was limited for a day. These clothes did not fit unfortunately which is why I asked the support if it would be possible to exchange the same clothes in a smaller size. After explaining my case properly they offered me to send the clothes back, reorder the stuff with the premise that they were still in stock for the size I needed, and the difference that I got through the discount code was then transfered back to me.
