I have been following this store since 2014 and I have never had any problems. The quality of the products is there, nothing to say. The shipping is fast. The package is well protected. And then it's Patta anyway.

Patta is just one of those brands. You know it, you respect it, you wanna be a part of it.

Truly excellent customer service.

Reached out before processing my order as they realised I would likely incur import fees with my Chlorophll AM1, just to make sure I still wanted them.

Of course I didn’t mind, I was just happy to have managed to get a pair.

Plenty of other retailers could take a leaf out of their book.

Canceled my order because I use a promo and say it was bécause of no stock they lyin
Edit : the promo code was available on Twitter no cookgroup
And people like you say me buy a lot of product on your website.
And all of stock of the am1 go to reseller so stop being clown and say people like me not welcome.

Patta are a legendary brand, they’re one of very few out there that genuinely put their supporters first above all. During the Chlorophyll launch my order was accidentally cancelled but when I got in touch with the support team they made it their mission to rectify the situation and was able to secure a pair in my size. I’m eternally grateful for their love, and professionalism throughout this whole process.

ik heb vanmorgen early acces gehad om de patta air max te kopen en dacht yes eindelijk kan ik hem kopen en in mijn maat. heb ik hem besteld word hij geannuleerd en vraag ik hoezo zeggen ze dat ik bots gebruik... dit doe ik helemaal niet ik vraag altijd vrienden en familie voor mij om mee te doen en dan heb ik soms wel 2 paartjes maar ik mag dus niks meer kopen bij patta... en moet ik nu van een reseller deze kopen voor veel duurder... echte klanten worden gewoon aan de kant gezet...

Ordered from EU site, but then realised I can order from the UK site and save on EU delivery and import costs.
Quiroga was able to cancel my EU order swiftly and kept me updated on the whole process. I was then able to order from the UK site.

Got through to Tomas on live chat about an order I made. Didn't recognise this patta shipping protection thing in my order and it was valued much higher than the 2.5% of my order it should've been. Tomas refunded me the difference and sorted everything for me. Top legend much respect to Tomas <3

The In-shop experience was good anyway. Today I got a little problem & write the support. They answer in 10 minutes and helped me. I’m thankful and can only prefer Patta & their service

UPS dit a bit of a messy delivery but Christal from Patta helped me out. She did that with calm and confidence and also was very quick with her responses by mail. So very happy with how she deliverd the Patta service. All good!!!
