They need a zero star button!! Paysign rip people off!! The people dont have a choice because they donate plasma and this card is issued to them. I had $50 loaded on it and a company tried taking $60 off of it over 10 times. Each time card is declined, it costs $1!!!! Then i go to use it thinking i had $50 and it was declined, so i entered a smaller amount and kept declining. I ended up with a balance of $30 and did not make one purchase!!!! Companies like this need to be reviewed and cease to exist

This company nickels and dimes you to death. If your money gets stolen from the card or have any issues with any of the process of getting your money don't even bother calling their customer service reps their policies are trash

They charge a$1 every time your card gets declined. You figure a company that want you donate plasma every week would have a better card for their donors.

They are scam robbing people of their money. There is no use giving your blood to a plasma center that uses paysign they take most of it. They need to be shut down

Your cards are the absolute worst for hidden fees & all you're doing is ripping people off who have given their time & literal body fluids for Grifols & PaySign to make millions of dollars per year. I would argue these practices have an element of criminality to them & would not be surprised if I was emailed in the future to join a class action lawsuit against the company for shady card management. Fee after fee for things that don't make any sense other than to steal your money. $.55 for a decline? $1.25 to check your balance? $2.50 each time you withdraw after you make an initial purchase? What an exploitative racket. Worst card company. Ever.

I couldn't use the card even though I had funds on it. Each time it was declined the company charged a fee then they charged an inactive fee. Probably should be investigated.

Horrible company that should be banished and fed to hungry starving sharks on the Brazilian coast. My card won't connect to Paypal first of all. Second of all, it has been declined even when I had a balance and they charge you a decline fee regardless of if you actually had a balance or not. On top of that, if you try and call or contact them about ANYTHING they will NOT answer or respond back in any way. BANISH THEM

This is a horrible company to work with! I went to an ATM and did one transaction and it charged me 5 fees for five different transactions! I called PaySign and talked to numerous people and numerous supervisors trying to resolve this, but every single one told me there was nothing they could do! This company is bulls**t!!

Customer service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! I called and got the same awful lady trying to rush me off the phone while I’m trying to dispute these mysterious random charges and fees. This lady kept hanging up on me multiple times! I mean I called back and got this SAME LADY 5 times in a row and counting!!!! I almost want to take my business elsewhere to another plasma company who has good customer service and no sketchy 3rd party card holders. If you use this card DONT. As soon as your donation is up go to the ATM in cvs and withdraw your money every time!!!! Their system is constantly getting hacked and your money will get stolen right out your account. My card has never been lost or stolen yet somehow my card information is constantly getting stolen. TI’m and going to push to see that this agent gets reprimanded because she played on the phone for over an HOUR!!!! It’s 2am in the morning I’m calling and this lady answers the line then hangs up after I ask for a supervisor. this company is absolutely awful no reason and no way I get the same representative every time I call. I Constantly asked for sup and this awful lady kept hanging up. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Coming from someone who works in a call center this would never fly! Fire that lady before she gets yall sued!!!! July 27th at 2am fire that lady!

The company steals your money. Money just vanishes from your account. Nothing in the transaction history. They just take it. 10-15 bucks at a time.

Trash company. Plasma center said as soon as I am unplugged from the machine the money is put into my account. I go to a store to test the card and it was declined because they didn't put any money on it and there's a decline fee that customer service said they won't refund. Trash company ethics on both ends.

This is the worst card to deal with when it comes to a dispute of a transaction on ur card. I put 20.00 on the app where I live to wash clothes and when I went back to wash the money wasn't on my card they never sent me a recipt of the 20.00 I loaded so pay sign is saying they can't give my money back . I wish I never had to use this card again cause I would burn and tear it up.never use again. They charge u for ur card declining the charge u for every lil thing just a RIP OFF.

PAYSIGN BLATANTLY SCREWS YOU. CHARGES 1$ decline fee, cool I get it! Gotta make $ HOWEVER they will charge you 10x then refuse to refund. I swiped my card a Walgreens supposedly minutes prior to my donation fee being added. And they charged me 10 x for the same 1 swipe. Same with my Hulu account. . They charged me 10x and refuse to refund. I HATE THEM. THEY NEED STOPPED

In my opinion this company and their Paysign “debit card” is down right predatory. The fees are outrageous and I’ve had atm withdrawals declined when money was in the account, so they could nab some more declined transaction fees. If you accidentally hit ANY atm button for a balance check, review, or printing on your receipt, it’s another charge. At no point do the atm’s advise you of any fees - even though you use THEIR ATM NETWORK. After ONLY TWO atm cash withdrawals per month they hit you with withdrawal fees even if using THEIR OWN ATM NETWORK

When attempting to use the card to pay bills online, Paysign: aka Patriot Bank, claims my billing address doesn’t match, even though I’m looking clear as day at what I have listed on their app. Thus, cutting off other utilization avenues of the card.

So, if they can’t get your money through fees, they make it impossible to use elsewhere to pay bills. Why? They clearly steer you towards using the card for small retail purchases, because that’s where they make the big money through merchant processing fees.

The only way I’ve found around their little schemes is to buy something cheap and do cash back at Walmart. But since most of our donation payments are an even 20 dollar number like $60, you can’t get all of YOUR MONEY through this method after adding an item to buy. Just think about the tens, maybe hundreds, of thousands, of amazing people who have small dollar amounts stuck on Paysign accounts, interest free, that Paysign can find ways to make money with.

Plain and simple, this company sucks. They aren’t your friend. They don’t want to be card holder friendly. They suck even more blood from some of the most honest, but down and out folks. To be fair, I also blame the blood and plasma companies for this. What kind of financial incentives do they get for having a business arrangement with this abysmal company?

Is it not downright disgraceful to pull money via predatory fees right back out of the pockets from hardworking and generous life saving donors?? The same donors who get a fraction of the outrageous profits the plasma companies pull in.

Time to walk away from these lowlife companies. So much for trying to do good deeds. Unfortunately so many can’t because of their life hardships. Nobody wants to sell their literal lifeblood for a few bucks. They do it to SURVIVE. But, you can count on Paysign to be there to capitalize on the suffering!

One of the worst companies I’ve come in contact with. They nickel and dime people that donate plasma or all things. Would stay far away.
