Lots of fees, little convenience

They charge fees for everything and there aren't a lot of options for places to use the card or to withdraw money from. If you have a choice, don't use it. If you have to use it due to a partnership with a donation facility, get your money off the card as soon as you can and use almost any other option - this company is terrible. Their app is also complete garbage, it doesn't work well, or at all most of the time.

My account was hacked and all my money was taken from me. How they let over 70 transactions in two days from Cashapp names like "Glitzy" and "Osama bin Laden" get through, I have no idea. This made worse by the fact that it took two MONTHS to get this resolved. I had to call repeatedly over weeks even after I won my dispute case for someone to refund the $1,000 taken from me.

App won't work on my phone because my version of android is up to date.
Website won't show in network ATMs unless you create a login and give them more information.
I would avoid using this company, business practices are very shady and customer service was extremely rude when I called to try and find an ATM that was in network.

These people will nickel and dime you to death.

They pick cents off every transaction you make. They can improve by closing down for good.

They nickel and dime your account into the negative. Im disgusted that this company made a way to steal from plasma donors.

Horrible. They put same charge through twice. I called but they still haven't returned the second charge after 4 months. Now they have put a larger charge through than the actual charge, giving me a negative balance!

Awful website and app. Attempted to register and it doesn’t work. Email verifications don’t work. Avoid at all costs.
