Deceptive Practices and Awful Customer Service

You are charged a decline fee of -$1.00. Unfortunately I had my card attached to an old account I had thought I had closed down. It ended up being somewhere around -$28 after all is said and done. My mistake. I would have left it at that. However, I checked one morning to see that they had credited the amount back and I was at a $0 balance according to the website. I went in and donated plasma to get some well needed money for my kids' Christmas. When they put the funds in, they reversed the reversal, so I got less than half of what was owed. I called their customer service and they refused to reverse the funds even though their website advertised I was at a $0 balance. They would only let me escalate to a supervisor. When I asked for a manager, they said there was none and would refuse to give me the name or email of anyone above them. It is corrupt for one to take money away from people already struggling for a declined card. It is even more corrupt to advertise a $0 balance, then pull a reverse after they spent three hours donating their plasma. And the refusal to help is appalling. This is a greedy business that does not care for people, even on Christmas.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. They steal money from your account and then lie about it saying that my balance is lower than it actually is. When brought up they act like your crazy and making it up. This is the worst card company ever . Customer service is absolutely useless. Literally zero help and argue with you. I hope this company goes bankrupt and all their employees get fired. Absolute garbage

Where is the no stars

Where is the no stars. Had a merchant refund a charge they made to my account. I waited 15 business days and still nothing posted to my account. I contacted the merchant and they sent me a screen print of the refund transaction. I called paysign and the rep said I see your credit. I said it never posted to my account. He said oh you'll have to dispute the charge. Signed all their forms and provided all supporting documentation. Now they're telling me it hit the account. I know how to read a statement and sent them a screen print...no where does it show the credit they say is there. They have the funds they're just not posting. Thief's. BBB is next.

Worst card company always having issues I can’t ever just check my balance or won’t have money loaded for at least two days screw that I want my stuff stop messing up my stuff mess with somebody else’s card I just want to know how much was left on my card but yall got to make it miserable

Donation center failed to load my…

Donation center failed to load my payment, I went to go try to pull money off my card and realized it. After I had to call the center twice in order for my payment to be loaded correctly. I was charged for fees each time I tried to pull my balance off that should have been ready. They refuse to refund charges even though they can see it wasn't my fault. Supervisor Carolina refused to refund charges.

Paysign customer card dispute services

Paysign customer card dispute services, are unreliable with their information to customers. Either way of not giving all information to customers or not sending the correct contact as to where the information is too be sent. There customer service is incomplete as for their customers. Then while customers are trying to get their funds back it takes 10 yo 45 days. Then the dispute center says you need to send the information to the dispute center wth

If I could give negative Stars I…

If I could give negative Stars I would.. these guys are thieves and liars, I'm homeless and have not eaten in days. I just spent 4 hours at plasma and got $30. I looked online to see where I can get money out for free, and they said at pay sign, that I could get it out at an all points ATM for free. So I go all the way to an all points ATM, which is supposed to be free, and they go ahead and charge me a $1.⁷5 and decline my withdrawal. When I go to call them to complain I see that the balance on my account, when looking at my phone, is even lower and so they took $3 out instead of $1.75. when I talked to the extremely rude woman on the phone with obviously zero heart.. I don't even know how she sleeps at night.. I hope she doesn't.. she tells me they took a $1.75 out for a balance inquiry that I never did. So they stole $3 from me, and now I don't have enough money to get the things that I need. So they steal from the homeless and the poor to line their pockets. Make sure you read all their fine print because they advertise that they will give you your money without a charge at the ATM if it's an all points.. and it's actually the first thing that comes up on Google and big bold lettering.. Google Assistant read it for me actually..but then they steal your money anyway. The lady told me that after I read in big bold letters that I could get out money with zero charge at an all points ATM.. I was supposed to go read the fine print. Then she said actually, the All points ATM you went to charges you $1.75. The ATM did not ask me if it was okay and did not tell me that it was a unicorn ATM that is one of the only ones that charges you a fee for pay sign. These people belong in hell. I hope that's exactly where they go and Godspeed. I'm not even going to give plasma anymore because they just keep stealing my money. I'm sure this has happened to other people too. It's not worth it. These employees of Satan who steal from the poor and the homeless, and then have the audacity to yell at me over the phone and tell me to read the fine print after I read the big bold letters of lies. Shame on them. I would find another plasma place because pay sign just steals your money and then lies and blames it on you. Not only am I livid and my day is completely ruined.. and I don't have enough money to buy dog food now.. never mind food for myself.. but I'm disgusted.. these people are literally the scum of the Earth... And I hope each one of them dies a horrible death. I hope they have a happy 4th because and get blown apart by a firecracker where the sun doesn't shine. My Independence Day is already ruined, and I have zero money.. and now my dog's not going to eat either. Shame on you! #absolutelydisgusted

Steer clear of this company

I wish I could give no stars. As a company or a donor I would NEVER use PaySign. I donated plasma 4 times and earned $400 for my donation. I was assigned a PaySign card. My card was stolen out of my purse and I immediately contacted PaySign to inform them when I realized it was missing. After sitting on hold for 1 hr and 15 minutes, the rep required me to go through some asinine process of filling out an online affidavit and told me it would take up to 45 days for an investigation. They asked for nothing else. Then after 45 full days they denied my claim saying they didn’t have enough evidence to have my funds returned and told me to dispute the charges with individual stores where my funds were spent. I called back and asked to speak with a manger and was told one wasn’t available and I’d get a call back. No one ever called. I sent about 6 emails with no response. Most transactions disputes aren’t able to be made after 30 days. So not only did they refuse to return my money but they also compromised my ability to do any individual disputes on my own. I will NEVER donate at the plasma center where I received their card again. Like most corporations, they only care about protecting themselves and their money. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HANDLE YOUR DONOR FUNDS

They updated their site and app, and now you can’t see balances. Can’t pay at the pump. Have changed ATM networks once again without notifying cardholders. This company is an absolute joke, and so is CSL Plasma for using them.

No fraud protection with Paysign

What everyone else is saying is true.

In my case I ordered a digital Windows key and was sent an invalid or previously used key.

Requested a refund from the vendor and was refused. Disputed the charge with Paysign and lost.

This card is a scam

This card is a scam. They took $20 dollars from me from trying to add it to my cash app. They need to be shut down. I’m contacting better business bureau and fdic. They are a big rip off and very disrespectful customer service. I’m never going back to that place!!!!!!!

First off Freedom plasma is why I have this card not by choice I will never have this card by choice why would they charge you for a transaction even for declines it's crazy when the plasma goes down I will stop going not $45 our $60 I set for at least a hour not including check-in So when the $100 that I can't even take out the atm because the charges can take only $80 goes down to $45 that means it will be $40 and have to pay a Uber to get there for $8 to $17 depending what time and day no thanks it's not that easy it take a toll on your body

There was fraudulent activity on my…

There was fraudulent activity on my account. First few transactions they blocked and then let everything else through. Once my balance was depleted, they blocked the card due to concerns of fraud. I didn't find out until 3 days later when I wanted to use the card. Then it still took me 3 phone calls to start the fraud case. 2 months later it is still not resolved and I can't get any updates..

Issues logging into account

I've been having issues logging into my account on both the app & the website. I've contacted them 3 times now. The only reply or 'help' I've received was a new password that also didn't resolve the issue as I hadn't forgotten my password, nor did I request a new one. Their customer service is trash to non-existent, the app is barely usable, in network ATM's are too few, and the website is bad.
I donate plasma at CSL & this is how I receive my money. How can a legit company continue to work w such a shady business?

PaySign Highly Predatory and Immoral Company

I received a B Positive plasma donation card and looked at the fee schedule. The fee schedule makes it appear as if there's no charge to withdraw money in network. I called the customer service line to have this charge reversed because it was misleading. I spoke to a gentleman who transferred me to his supervisor, Alex. Alex told me that the fee was "clear as day" and that the ATM charged me the fee. I told him it was a Wawa ATM in network ATM and he changed his tune and said the card charged the fee. He refused to reverse the fee and would not give me his last name when asked. This is a highly predatory company and system and it should be investigated by the better business bureau. They are highly immoral. Beware!

Keep finding they take money from the…

Keep finding they take money from the account and then they can't elaborate or explain why or they tell you it was from a prior purchase before it was loaded which would put you in the negative when you can't do that. Fee here, fee there, another fee here, and another fee there. Thieves is a better business name.

Too many fees. And then they put the money on the card and when you go to withdraw it you are hit with decline fees because "money isn't deposited yet". How can that be? When I'm literally on the site looking at my balance at the same time and it says the money is there. Then they have the nerve to say they are doing this one time courtesy How are you doing me a favor when yall website is trash and yall illegally took my money. Another time They charged me a fee because it said I checked my balance after I withdraw cash? Make it make sense. Why would I need to check my balance if 1: I'm logged into the website and can see the balance and 2: If I just withdrew cash I can get the balance printed on the receipt with that transaction. So once again why would I need to check the balance on at an ATM. They make up a million excuses as to why they charge this or blame you for stuff you didn't even do.
