Ryan Belford was extremely kind and professional in helping me. He provided me with his direct number in case we were to get cut off from our call, and verified that I was satisfied with the new flight arrangements. I changed my flight due to a family death. Ryan made a tough time better.

Le processus a été pénible... Nous avons jamais reçu nos billets de retour même s'ils nous promettaient de nous les envoyer dans 5 minutes.... Un moment donné, leur 5 numéros pour les rejoindre étaient inactifs...

Ils ont essayé de mettre la faute sur nous en nous disant que c'était à nous des rappeler... Je prend le temps de dire que nous avons essayé 50 fois et la seule réponse qu'on avait, dans 5 minutes, dans 5 minutes et jamais rien reçu.

Ils refusent de nous rembourser 50% du montant total... Ils disent que ce n'est pas comme ça que ça fonctionne et ainsi de suite...

Je ne recommande JAMAIS.

La compagnie demande des informations supplémentaires, mais tout a été dit, mentionné et expliquer à leur agent qui s'occupait de notre dossier.

Talked to Lucas Martin today, 5/31/2026, Sunday. He helped me a lot with my problem on the confirmation code of the Wizz Air. He said my flight on July 24 to July 26 is confirmed.

Scammers, false business, shoddy practices. Needs to be re.oced from any kind of search enfgine.

Lucas Martin was very professional, He was very patient, helpful and understanding. He helped me with all my concerns and put my heart at peace knowing that you have someone that takes pride in the work he does for your company. Give him a raise or promotion, either/or he deserves it.

Falsely charging more for a delayed and wait listed flight. And forcing to give a 5 star review while on customer call.

Jia was great and able to help with my problem. Would book my future travels again with flight hub.

This company somehow got into booking.com and cancelled the $4,500 flight and said we would have to pay an additional $2,100 to rebook the flight. During our flight when we have no wi/fi on the plane , our flight was cancelled as well as the return flight and the airline has no record of making the flight to Germany . pcm travels called again and said it was us that cancelled the flight, however there was no way to call during the flight to cancel . Sherry claims to work for booking.com but used PCM travels as who she represents . They somehow can reproduce actual tickets then when you try to confirm with airline they say they have no records of anything . United airlines state we were never on the plane which makes no sense.

No son una agencia de viajes. Son un grupo organizado de estafadores. Me hicieron pagar un supuesto impuesto de aeropuerto (138€)que resultó ser falso.
La policía española tiene docenas de denuncias contra ellos. Las opiniones favorables las ponen ellos mismos.Son reseñas muy breves.La respuesta de ellos es siempre la misma; está preconfigurada. No llamen al teléfono gratuito desde España. No es de ninguna aerolínea.Es de ellos.PELIGRO.
