Peak Design makes fantastic, versatile products.

I have rarely dealt with such a disappointing outfit. I ordered a phone case ahead of receiving my new phone. It took over two weeks to arrive. In the interim, I had to purchase an alternative. Peak Customer Service, while polite, were useless. It is now two weeks since I returned the case and I have received no update or refund. It cost me an additional €12 to return the item.

Well designed bags. I own 3 backpacks, a sling bag and I love them. I contacted their support once for a problem and they were very helpful

I recently placed an order and, shortly after, received a 30% off promotion. I reached out to Peak Design to ask if they could honor the discount since my order had just shipped. Within hours, they (Harold) responded and processed the refund for the price difference as a courtesy — no friction, no back-and-forth.

This isn’t the first time I’ve contacted their team, and every experience has been the same: fast, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Their products are outstanding, but what makes them exceptional is how they treat their customers. They stand behind their brand and take care of people right away. That level of service is rare, and it’s why I keep coming back.

The backplate of my travel 45 backpack broke close to the hinges (I must admit - I carried pretty heavy loads with it). even though I didn't have proof of purchase and I am based I Germany (the pack has been a gift) I got a replacement. Service as good as it gets!

"The warranty service was unexpectedly helpful. I had written to ask about possible repairs for my original Everyday Messenger Bag, and wound up with a complete replacement. Not only that, but I was notified on a Monday that I would receive the replacement 13L V2 bag, and received it Thursday! That's exceptional service! (As a side note, the registration tag was sewn so deep into the side pocket I could neither read it nor photograph it with my iPhone. I put N/A in the space for the number)”

Ik had een cameraclip besteld, paste niet, teruggestuurd, heel stom, geen bewijs meer van terugsturen maar ik krijg nu toch mijn geld terug. Superfijn!

I bought an everyday phone case, car mount and bike mount. They fail on almost every measure.

The case does NOT protect your phone from drops. I leaves the bezel exposed and an angled impact can be fatal, as it was for my phone when dropped less than a metre.

The mag-UNsafe mount for the car requires the utmost precision to place the phone. Even when it feels right, the phone frequently spontaneously drops off its perch. And when you get it squarely on, it will not withstand even moderate bumps in the road, leaving you fishing for your phone from under your feet (which can get you a whopping automatic fine here in Australia).

And then there's the customer service. After the case killed my phone (so badly damaged it could not be repaired), I had to order a universal attachment for my new -and this time protective - case. It has been 10 weeks and they still haven't fulfilled my order, leaving the expensive mounts I bought uselessly travelling around in my car and on my bike.

Stay away from Peak Design. Way overhyped, way under engineered, way bad.
