I contacted Peak Design at first hoping the 20L everyday backpack that had served me for over a decade and been on so many epic trips could be repaired, but the way the zipper had split it wasn't possible to replace. Instead they shipped me a brand-new bag. Customer service was outstanding from my first contact to the day I received my new bag. It's hard to find companies that stand behind their products so thoroughly. Thank you!

The lifetime guarantee is something that sounds nice but feels like most companies wriggle out of. Peak Design was happy to help and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. We were so impressed with how fast and helpful they were.

What an incredibly well designed and superbly value engineered Tripod ( takes me back to the Golden years of Value Engineering in the 80s where every gram and cc of a product has to align its existence with the function the product has to deliver). There is no unwanted element or mass. Thrown in the best of precision CNC machining and the best of material science for the best strength to weight ration with carbon fibre and the experience and expertise of none other than Jimmy Chin and you have an insane Pro Tripd that is a mere 1.9Kg in weight but can handle a 20Kg camera+ lense weight with a smile. Love the clamps, pan, foolproof camera lock in with a beautiful click and the poka-yoke of the slider lock to avoid an accidental drop of a precious camera. Love how my existing arca plates can be used. Had some very upset moments with messed up documentation and logistics but absolutely loved the product I received and am willing to put behind the shipment process frustration.

Great job Peak Design. Incredible how you assembled multiple techs, materials and thoughts to produce an incredible travel tripod that is as good as any professional tripod twice its weight and volume. Thank you

I just had a warranty claim for my 8 year old everyday backpack. The top zipper ha

d malfunctioned and was broken. After registering my backpack (I hadn't done that yet), Rachel from PD took me through the process and explained what to do by email. They agreed to my claim and sent me a completely new replacement - incredible service 👏👏👏

I have own many Peak Design products because they look great and are well made with fantastic materials. I have never thought much about its life time warranty until the zipper of my 5L sling broke. The claim process was efficient with great email support. A replacement was shipped to me in no time.

Best products for your everyday use and quality 100% always and you dont have to worry about the ware and tear!

Unmached warranty - replaced my everyday backpack v1 with a new v2 version in my colour choice ~5 years after I bought it because it had discoloured a bit - even though it was functioning perfectly. I actually only reached out initially to replace the zip pulls but ended up with a brand new bag

Peak design offer great utility products, I use them for my camera, cellphone and everyday use. I have claimed a few warranties, and they respond every time, resolving the issue no questions asked. I recommend with mi eyes closed this company.

Great company to deal with, not a large entity so every engagement is personable and real. Been a PD user for years and the service keeps me as a loyal customer. The gear is just right… a bag for every occasion, now I’ve just received my new Trolley Bag, and the Carbon Fibre tripod is one of the best on the market. It’s sturdy enough to trust my Hasselblad XD2 or the Sony a1ii with the bigger lens. 5 stars all the way.

I’ve owned Everyday bags since the first Kickstarter campaign; the Sling and the 20l Backpack. That was 13 years ago.
The items all came with a lifetime warranty. (yeah, right! I hear your cry).
2 years ago part of the sling failed, and this year (last month) it was the Backpack.
Both were replaced writhing days, with little to no fuss. Proof I bought them new, proof of the fault, and that was it.
The responses were super quick, the explanations simple, and the remedy immediate.
There’s a reason I pay for these products. They’re brilliant. Well designed, superbly manufactured and delivered. But more than that, the company themselves are just an outstanding brand with their customers at the forefront of their business.

I have purchased several items from Peak Design over the years. First rate, innovative products. Unfortunately my 8 year old, V1 Everyday Messenger Bag, developed a problem, where the strap connects to the bag. I made an initial enquiry, and without any prompting, was instructed to register the item so as to make a claim under lifetime warranty. I was amazed at the speed and level of customer service. Four days later I received a V2 Everyday Messenger Bag, as a free replacement. Customer service does not get any better!
