I ordered a backpack - shipped from Holland. It cost me 56 euro more than the price of the goods - hassle free return cost me 55 euro, so all in all I got 70% back on the “hassle free return”.. not very satisfying.. product was never used.. so I suppose they are not designed for international purchase

I was generally responded to quickly and the warranty process was painless. Everything was laid out and simple. Hopefully I receive word that my replacement bag is on the way :)

Warranty amazing. Great backpack. Every bag should have the same magnetics flaps and zipper. Just great.

Een iphone 16 pro case besteld aangezien deze nodig is op mijn vanMoof. De case is te groot voor de telefoon; er is ongeveer 1/1,5 cm ruimte over tussen de onderkant van de telefoon en de onderkant van de case. Je telefoon kan er dus uitvallen.

Meerdere keren contact gehad met de klantenservice. Ik heb nieuwe cases opgestuurd gekregen die allemaal te groot zijn. Ik ben nu 2 maanden verder en heb nog steeds geen passende oplossing.

Ontzettend trage customer care die geen passende oplossing biedt.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I had an issue with one of their products and it turned out to be user error. They still sent me a new product anyways. Great company.

My Everyday Backpack has been damaged throughout years, the zip stopped working. I claimed the warranty and i had to provide few photos and they took it without more words. I got an order for new backpack. Not only the backpack are from highquality materials, but also the company is searching for feedback and if anything go wrong, they are looking forward to be kind to customers.

Own a lot of Peakdesign products, from camera acessories over mobile stuff to quite a few of their bags. Using them daily and are very happy. after one item was beginning to fall apart after a few years of heavy use, PD repaced it. Very happy, will be spending a lot more of my money with them in the future.

When you hear a company offer a lifetime guarantee on a product you take it with a pinch of salt. There’s always a catch…

But, when the zipper on my everyday carry v1 (purchased in 2017!) failed last week I thought I’d give this lifetime guarantee a try, and to my delight, in less than a week I’m now rocking a brand new v2 backpack, sent to me free of charge to replace my failed v1.

Ivan in their customer service team was excellent, sorting everything in a few emails. I couldn’t be happier, and it’s reaffirmed my faith in the fact that peak design stands by their products, and their word. A guarantee for life is just that!

Great quality and absolutely stunning service in case of issues. We have over 20 products from them and we had 2 of them with problems and the company offered very quick and efficient service/ support.
They might sound more expensive than copy cats but quality is way better.

The wallet had an issue and company serviced it in less than 3 days.

Form bags, hiking gear, camera accessories, and hone cases, we have them all and very happy with the company.

They stand by their product and are very responsive. I recently submitted a warranty claim, the process was painless and the representative that handled my claim was very professional, efficient, and personable. Experiences like these paired with great products keep me coming back.

Peak Design has always been had and has great products for teh camera and its support. All the equipment is first class together with a b=great service and a very speedy response especially for replacement parts.

It's a shame to be writing a review that was prompted by my current experience with Peak Design's customer service. I would love to be waxing lyrical about their bags and mobile accessories. I own over 10 of their products after all.

However, I can't imagine I'll be buying Peak Design again.

I placed an order back in March 2025 for their packing cubes through a Kickstarter initiative. I received 7 of the 11 items three weeks ago. I have emailed PD three times to find out where the rest of my order is. Not a single response, radio silence on the progress of my order.

I can only imagine that they'll respond with queries or tips, but once they've taken your money, it feels like you are no longer a priority.

As a result, I am currently concerned whether PD would honour their warranty promises on my existing purchases.

Disappintingly, my faith in PD is plummeting. I was enjoying investing in their products. However when you make bold promises on product quality, customer service and experience, delivering on these consistently will be how you are judged by your loyal customers.

Quick, professional and helpful customer service. Great and reliable products with peak of designing.

I truly appreciate the care and support I received throughout this process. It showed me that Peak Design not only makes outstanding products but also has an equally outstanding team behind them.

Not long after I wrote the review I was contacted by their customer service team, coincidence or not but they have since sent me a new strap, so credit where it is due.

However, they ask you to physically cut the item in half and ask for a picture before they’ll progress the warranty, which takes a huge leap of faith when you’ve experienced their lack of communication

It’s obvious from reading the other 1 star reviews here that other people have had the same experience as me with their aftercare. If you like to be ignored by a company when asking a legitimate question about an issue that’s arisen with their product, then these guys are your go to. Will copy and paste my comment I made on Amazon where I purchased it.

I’ve had this strap for several years, it’s a good strap, however there’s an issue that’s got worse over time. The black paint flakes off the back on the anchor housing, leaving the metal open to the elements. This has corroded/rusted to the point the residue has stained some clothing I was wearing whilst using the strap

I contacted their customer service for advice on whether this was covered under their life time warranty or a perhaps a way I could go about remedying the issue.

Initially I got a prompt reply from Celine, asking for further details, pictures & proof of purchase, which I replied to on the same day

I’ve now been completely ignored, no further correspondence. I’ve chased with several emails, nothing. The weeks have now passed and it’s clear their stance is just to give me the cold shoulder, nice.

I have a bad experience with their customer service. There is a problem with my capture clip v3; at some point my DSLR crashed on the ground. On their request I filled out the warranty claim form on September 5th. Emailed them for an update on October 17; and again on Oktober 27th. Still haven't heard from them....
