I contacted customer support because I needed a corrected invoice with the proper billing address. After their first reply, I responded with my actual request, but did not receive any answer.

I then had to open a new request, but instead of addressing my issue, support only resent their original message. When I replied again to explain that this did not solve my problem, I once more received no response. A further new request has also remained unanswered.

This back-and-forth makes it very difficult to resolve a simple issue, and I still have not received the corrected invoice I need.

Great products and timely delivery. Reimbursement for one returned item took longer than promised, but due to the fact that email contact is pro-active and easy, it was solved diligently

I have one bike mounted iPhone holder and I am buying a second one for a new trike coming in this week. When I looked on Amazon it is listed twice. Older model for obsolete but functional Q charging magnetic locations.

Unfortunately have recently had a very bad experience ordering from here. Ordered replacement adhesive and cable clips for the Peak Design phone mount due to needing to move it to a new car, and the product was in stock on the website when purchased back in July. Received email a few days later to say it was actually out of stock and on back order, and would be shipped out as soon as available. It’s now almost two and half months later and there’s still no sign of my order, and multiple attempts to contact customer services via email have been extremely frustrating. I’ve requested a refund twice and still yet to receive it. Order with caution.

Je suis devenu un mordu Peak Design suite à l'achat de leur sac Every Day Backpack 30L pour mon matériel photo. Super satisfait.
J'ai du coup enchainé avec leur trépied Travel Tripod Carbon Fiber qui est génial.
Je ne peux que recommander, malgré les prix qui sont évidemment plus élevés mais la concurrence est loin derrière en terme d'efficience et qualité

Every communication with Peak Design has been seamless and easy, and they are incredibly helpful folks passionate about the gear and their mission... so...yeah...they rock!

I regret buying this product. The design of the anchor is extremely poor—it failed within a very short time of use, which caused my camera to drop. As a result, the screen is now cracked and repair costs will be on me. A product marketed for safety and durability should never compromise equipment like this. I cannot recommend this to anyone who values their gear.

The lifetime warranty service is magnificent

Excellent service lifetime warranty. Had issues with my camera clip from 2021. Claimed warranty by using warranty form within a few days new replacement received.

Problem was addressed in a quick and efficient manner
