I have been buying Peak design gear for a good few years and have been very happy with their customer support. There is not many companies that stand by their products in the same way.

Fantastic customer service. They listened, were willing to help, and got the problem solved. And it wasn’t a product problem, let’s make that clear. PD stuff is the BEST. Period.

Do not shop from these people. I have been a loyal customer since being an initial backer on Kickstarter all those years ago. Currently they are shipping to the EU and EEA without taking part in any tax scheme. Resulting in very little information when ordering and a slew of duties, fees and taxes as a «surprise» after delivery has been made. When contacting them, a rep said, and I quote «Peak Design is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees associated with receiving your order, as these are determined by the local customs authorities in your country.». This statement is outright false as the EU and EEA has made it very easy to accommodate both sides.

The cost of the merchandise, already pricey, just became 50% more expensive after the fact, and all I get is a rep telling me it’s not their problem. I will stay away and actively discourage people from buying from them.

Ontrac shipping is a non starter! 0-17 on provided accurate tracking info. Erica has the evidence of companies in Vietnam that have figured out how to provide tracking information. I know in a business it's always about reducing costs but shipping isn't where you should compromise. The greatest bags in the world are met with anger when they show up too late for my photography trip to Europe despite ordering an in stock product 4-5 weeks prior. Give it up. Can we please just be American as possible? I'll pay more for the product if we don't have to outsource logistics to a country with active Cartels in power. It's not worth it and I don't like sending money towards that mess.

Have several of the great products, which are best in class. The lifetime warranty really works, I’ve had three products replaced, no questions asked.

The company fully stands behind its products. I have used their 45L backpack on a daily basis for the past four years, traveling extensively around the world, and it has performed flawlessly without any issues. Their customer service is second to none.

PD products are of great quality and last for years. When I misplaced a part, I reached out to purchase a replacement. The customer service was quick, and they went over and above to make me happy. I will certainly purchase more items from PeakDesign!

I’ve bought a lot of Peak Design stuff. Two backpacks, three slings, wash pouch, tech pouch and a bunch of packing cubes in various sizes and colors. I’ve returned one item and one warranty claim and it has always been very easy and helpful service.

The quality and design is second to none on their products, which is one of the reason I really love them and the company is as thoughtful of its customers and the environment as they are with their products.
