Great service, great tea.

The ambience of the shop is very nice, the person serving me did aa great job telling me about the different types of tea, recommending flavours, etc. I'm less impressed with the quality of the tea itself. While the flavour is intense, the earl grey I bought is incredibly bitter even after a short infusion. The tea leaves are also incredibly small and brittle, so the amount of gristle at the bottom of my cup was way more than I would want for the price you pay for tea.

Their branding and customer service is top notch, I however did not much care for the product.

My sister gave me a gift card so I chose a few items. The order arrived quickly and opening the box really felt like opening a present - it was so beautifully wrapped and packaged! Lovely teas too.

I only ordered a small order, but the care taken with my order evidently showed just how much PekoeTea value their customers and each and every order. It arrived beautifully wrapped and presented. With a hand-written personalised thank you note. That's on top of their tea being exceptionally delicious!
I love their Cloudcatcher fruit infusion. It is my favourite blend out of all the similar other blends using the same fruit flavour profile, because it is the only one that doesn't additionally contain hibiscus. Just the real deal ingredients: apple, cherry, kiwi, cranberry and coconut. Tasting perfectly natural and indeed leaving you feeling like you're floating on a cloud. Sometimes I open the tin just because the smell alone is heavenly.

Beautiful tea 😍 I love the whole leaf tea . The caddy’s are lovely , and you can buy big refills. For those of us that need caffeine free , it’s the best range I’ve found . The lemon and ginger is lovely and the apple and cinnamon is Devine . It came beautifully and thoughtfully packaged, some of mine are for gifts, so these details are special . My daughter loves your mint, we all have a favourite . Bliss
