Great customer service
I ordered black chai and 2 small teapots. They arrived in time with great packaging and a lovely personal note. The black chai smells so good. Looking forward to having chai latte incoming winter days.

Easy to find; quick to arrive.
The tea , Duchess Grey which is the best tea ever, was easy to find on the website. It arrived quickly accompanied by a charming note thanking me for the order. Whilst on the website I looked through what other tea was available and next time I may order something else too. They all sound very interesting.

Great tea, great service
I’ve always ordered from PekoeTea, first when I lived in Edinburgh and now from abroad. I appreciate the personal touch that they add (like the handwritten note) and will continue to order whenever I run low on tea!
