Bonjour,

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que vous soyez déçu par votre expérience, mais permettez-nous d’apporter quelques précisions importantes.

Votre campagne a bien été lancée, comme promis : nous avons créé et diffusé une annonce sponsorisée (publicité payante) sur les réseaux sociaux dans votre zone géographique, pour aider à retrouver votre animal. Vous avez également reçu plusieurs e-mails avec le lien de votre tableau de bord personnel, l’affiche PDF à imprimer, ainsi que toutes les informations de suivi.

❌ Concernant l’accusation d’un abonnement non autorisé : c’est faux.
Lors de votre inscription, vous avez vous-même sélectionné une contribution mensuelle de 1 € pour soutenir notre mission (option clairement affichée et 100% facultative). Dès que vous nous avez contactés à ce sujet, nous avons annulé ce soutien immédiatement et sans discussion.

Nous ne pouvons pas, techniquement ou légalement, inscrire quelqu’un à un paiement récurrent sans qu’il l’ait choisi volontairement.

Nous comprenons que la perte d’un animal est une expérience très difficile, et que cela peut générer beaucoup de frustration. Mais notre mission est justement d’aider, et dans votre cas, tout a été livré comme prévu.

Si vous avez des doutes ou souhaitez que l’on vous renvoie les liens et documents déjà fournis, n’hésitez pas à nous écrire. Nous sommes toujours là pour aider, dans les bons comme dans les mauvais moments 💛

Unter deinem Namen und deiner E-Mail-Adresse wurde kein Zahlungsvorgang abgeschlossen, und alle Funktionen, die du genutzt hast – wie das automatisch erstellte Suchplakat, die Anzeige auf unserer Website und das Formular für Sichtungsmeldungen – gehören zu unserem kostenlosen Hilfspaket, das wir für alle anbieten, die in so einer Situation Unterstützung brauchen.

Unsere kostenpflichtigen Angebote – wie bezahlte Suchanzeigen auf Social Media – sind immer deutlich markiert. Und wir verarbeiten niemals Zahlungen automatisch oder ohne ausdrückliche Zustimmung. In deinem Fall wurde auch keine einzige Zahlung angestoßen oder eingezogen.

Ich weiß, dass wir im Anschluss persönlich miteinander geschrieben haben und vieles klären konnten. Just to clarify, our alerts run as targeted ads on Meta’s platforms (Facebook and Instagram), which means they reach people living in the area where your pet was lost. Because of how Meta’s system works, those ads don’t always appear on your own feed or devices, but they’re still visible to your local community 🙏.
We also have resources that explain in detail how ads work compared to regular posts, and we’re always here to walk you through everything and make sure your campaign reaches the people most likely to help 💛.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts 💛. I completely understand how disappointing it must have felt to see little activity during your campaign. When a pet is missing, every minute feels endless, and it’s natural to want instant results 😔.

Just to clarify, running ads on Meta’s platforms requires being a registered advertiser and completing several verification steps. That’s a big difference from simply posting or boosting a post from a personal account.

However, while we can guarantee visibility (meaning your alert truly reached local people in your area) we sadly can’t guarantee that someone who saw it actually spotted your beloved pet🙏. We wish we could.

And I truly wish every story could end with a “found safe” update, but I’m so happy to hear that your furry friend is back home and safe 🏡💛.

All reviews on this page are written by real pet parents like you, both the positive and the critical ones. Suggesting otherwise is very unfair to the many families who took the time to share their genuine experiences...

Also, we always respond to messages. If you reached out and felt unheard, I’m so sorry, but please know we never leave a pet parent without a reply.

As a team supporting families in more than 90 countries, we can’t yet offer phone support to everyone, but instead, we focus on being highly responsive by email and through our platform. We’re not a scam. We’re a group of animal lovers doing our very best to reunite families with their furry loved ones.

Advertisement campaigns are not “posts” on social media pages. They are targeted ads designed to reach people living in the exact area where a pet goes missing 🙏.
