I felt the lady I spoke with was great…

I felt the lady I spoke with was great there was no confusion everything was explained to me & within a 5minutes I was able to get a brand new phone. Very helpful would definitely recommend.

Confused about direct debit

What happens to old direct debit....does new contract automatically take over do I have to cancel old phone direct debits...nothing was clearly explained to me

We do advise customer's contacting us via Live chat or email for any customer queries.

New contracts do not automatically take over unless it is an upgrade.

Old contracts have to be cancelled directly with the network if you do not wish to continue with them, (provided your contract has ended) if you do not do this, the accounts will remain active.

My online upgrade was paused then…

My online upgrade was paused then cancelled when I called to find out why, and a new contract was set up instead of an upgrade.
I was told it would not be a problem to migrate your old telephone number- just phone O2!
Still waiting after 2 phone calls and 4 days! An upgrade would have been simpler.

I'm sorry to hear that a new contract was set up instead of an upgrade.

It is important to us that customer's place deals and contract that work within your best best interest and I am sorry that this is the experience you have received with us.

If your previous number is an O2 number, O2 won't be able to transfer this number over to your current contract as networks don't accept their own PAC codes. If your previous number is with an alternative network, it will take 1-2 working days to transfer over.

First class and the chap i spoke to was…

First class and the chap i spoke to was v helpful,affable and patient as i’m only average with technology at the Moment,
Delivery was smooth and i wasn’t waiting for a long duration in a Queue etc
They Amazed me and no nonsense emails straight to in inbox so took the stress out of the stressful👍
