Hi I signed for the 7day trial for 1.99. I cannot see how to cancel to ensure I don’t extend to the full subscription. Advise please

I signed up for a £1:99 7 day trial. After accepting their diagnosis, which was very good. I then decided to cancel the membership, after searching their website manually and through their search option there was not an option to cancel. They did direct me to my account page, but there was still no option to cancel. physiocheck.co.uk have set up to continually take payments if you want their services or not. I have had to report them to my bank and block then as a merchant.
They could be Great but have decided to be dishonourably— which then makes any information they give as not to be Believed! So sad for a company that is setup to do a very good job.

Raised issue regarding cancellation after free trial. Quick response agreeing to refund payment for continued subscription. And confirmation that they would ensure cancellation of the contract now .

I just started with this resource yesterday after an injury. I sent a question about how to begin the PT and received a reply overnight. Very responsive so far, and the evaluation and the recommendations seem spot on. I will continue.

Paid £1.99 to not be told anything different than I'd already found online. Answered many questions with accuracy for there to only be a 60% match on two different injuries. Not helpful then as I'm still no closer to knowing what the issue is.
For me this was a waste of money. The exercise programme provided was also no better than what I've been doing already from NHS advice online.

There were thorough questions to identify problem area, pain type, motability issues etc
Hence more info to diagnose likely condtion. Also offers treatment plan specific physiio to ihelp improve.
I was dissapointed with my own GP.

A very prompt same day response to my email. They were completely understanding and professional, even though I needed to cancel my membership. I think the way is left open for me to return in the future if needed.

Very helpful customer service response to cancelling subscription after free trial. Was good enough system, but I think because of how complex my issues are I wasn't going to get what I need out of an app.

Thorough assessment tool and specialist plans provided for possible condition. Exercises provided with guided routine.

App did a great job of diagnosing my condition. I only wanted the trial but there was no "cancel membership" button. I wrote to support and they canceled the next day.

Typical scam. They have you spend 15 minutes answering questions BEFORE they hit you up for money. If this was a real service with nothing to hide they would be up front about the cost instead of tricking you.

Program was good ! It worked. I wish the website was more user friendly (explanatory) so I could have started other exercise programs. I will probably go back in the future

The platform was a great resource when I suffered sudden extreme hip pain after a downhill bush run on a weekend and couldn’t get to a physio. The diagnosis in my case, after entering symptoms and answering questions in what appears to be a thorough check came up with a high probability of a particular ailment. This did not gel with what my actual physio diagnosed a few days later. The physio said he understood why the system said what it did but it was incorrect given my presenting symptoms. Not sure if it’s even possible but I didn’t think to take the time to provide that feedback into Physiocheck so that its algorithm for my condition could be tweaked. Because of this and the fact the system has no referring physios in Tas I’m currently suspending subscription but I still don’t hesitate in recommending trial use and make your own mind up. Suspending service wasn’t as visibly simple in the app as stated but very efficient when contacting a human!

The app was very useful and offered detailed reasons for my pain, including videos of exercises to do to check for symptoms, and useful videos of exercises to take part in to help relieve the pain.
