When Steve delivered the cut pine, he noticed there was a slight bow in the wood. He insisted on taking it back, getting another piece cut and redelivered within a few hours. Many thanks to Phil and Steve.

Well packaged and looks good
The parcel was very well packaged and the wood is nicely cut. Ordered it for a table top and it looks great.

Very happy
The website was simple to use, the price was reasonable, the delivery turned up in good time and was extremely well-packaged. Now I just have to put the shelves up but it looks like the cutting is of a very high quality!

Great product, even better service!
Had a brilliant experience with Phil at Pinecut4you who very kindly expedited my order to meet a strict deadline. So nice to deal with a human who you can actually get through to rather than automated replies on generic websites. The product arrived in great condition and the delivery person even called in advance to arrange a specific, convenient slot. Would highly recommend!

The service was good and the order…
The service was good and the order dealt with promptly but there was no protective wrap and the desk top simply left outside the delivery address without knocking or ringing the doorbell even - to indicate it was there.

Great company
Recieved my wood an to be fair it had been well packaged but it had a few dents right in center which i think may have been dwn to delivery driver im not sure. I contacted the company they where very good an sent me a brand new piece free of charge and very quickly also packaged very well .sadly the secound piece was also damaged in transit with 2 corners damaged but mabaged to cut damaged end off an save it .i would say order bigger that what you need as the delivery service dont take much care with your items
