My reason of buying solid pine wood board instead of mdf board, is I want a long lasting quality especially I want the board being straight over time. But at 1 day of delivery, I noticed 2 of my boards are curved already, given that the size is not really long but just 35x27cm

Besides there are 2 other boards which are obviously shorter than I requested. I ordered width 140mm but they gave me 137mm. Luckily these 2 boards are not critical in my structure and I can accept shorter ones

Timber arrived within a few days with great communication throughout. It was delivered personally by Pine Cut for you and was in great unmarked condition. The media wall looks fantastic

Pretty good experience
We needed last min addition to order, they accommodated it with no issues. Wood is pretty good quality, even the long pieces don't have any warping, arrived planed very well. Wood took the stain very well.

good site, good service offered ie cutting wood to size, fair price. excellent delivery by parcel force, on time stated. wood was well packed to avoid damage,
the only small problem was that i thought it could be
sent out for delivery from pinecut4 you a little quicker
than it did.

Great company, had exactly what I needed after struggling to find the dimensions needed elsewhere. Collected my wood once ready (the day after ordering), nicely carried out to my car and was kindly offered off cuts of wood which would have otherwise been thrown out. Now I also have the wood for my frame as well as my shelves and cupboard- so very happy customer. Will be back if I ever attempt another DIY project!
Oh and the wood looks great, I can’t wait to varnish it :)

Communication was great with Phil at Pinecut4you from our first call, we had an urgent need for fast delivery due to a very time sensitive project- which they understood and went above and beyond to meet. The website is extremely user friendly, which made the experience considerably more positive and why we didn't opt for a more local business. Wood was beautifully prepared, accurately cut and very carefully wrapped and packaged. Courtesy calls to update us too. Will be using again very soon.
