Nach mehreren Bestellungen bin ich sehr zufrieden, alle Pflanzen sind gesund und sehen toll aus! Zudem werden diese sehr gewissenhaft verpackt, sodass bisher auch nichts beschädigt bei mir ankam. Super Shop, besser als viele andere!

Das ist der schlechteste Pflanzenshop. Ich bestellte einen Scindapsus Tattoo. Die Pflanze ist in einem Katastrophalen Zustand, jedes Blatt hat Löcher, Risse oder ist zum Teil abgeschnitten. Jedes zweite Blatt fehlt. Sieht auch so aus als hätte man Stecklinge von dieser Pflanze geschnitten.

Really, really bad plantshop ! I have shopped all over EU but this shop definitely ranks to be the worse !!!! Plants are coming in such bad conditions, poorly packed, broken, infested!!! Costumer service is not helpful as everything is covered by the terms and conditions click.
I do NOT recommend to buy anything from them , if you don't won't to loose money on dead/damaged plants .

Seltene Pflanze zahlte 170 EUR, kam in ein paar Tagen an, aber ... voller Tipides und krank.
Blätter zum größten Teil alle kaputt, aber das Schlimmste und das schicken kranke Pflanzen.
Ich werde nie wieder Pflanzen auf Plantcircle bestellen!

I wish I had seen these bad reviews before purchasing. The plants came in such bad health, a philodendron already dying and all of the leaves full of deep scratches, another one with growing pest/stress marks. The poor packaging only made things worse. I wrote them an email with photos and they said they were happy to see the plants in overall good state and offered a 3 euro voucher on next purchase. LOL, there won't be a next purchase. Truly disappointed, I do not recommend.

Wahnsinnig schlechter Shop! Geld futsch, Vertrauen in den Sand gesetzt, viel Ärger mit dem Support, Verbrauchertäuschung!
Habe 3 Pflanzen bei Plant Circle bestellt und naja, davon war eine komplett tot und eine größere so schlecht verpackt, dass jedes(!) Blatt beschädigt oder abgebrochen ist. Lediglich 1 Pflanze war in Ordnung (was daran lag, dass sie sehr klein und kompakt ist).
Der Kundenservice geht gar nicht. Habe sofort nach dem Auspacken Fotos geschickt und die Situation erklärt. Mir wurde durch die Blume gesagt, ich solle mich wegen der abgeknickten Blätter nicht so haben, die könne mit viel Liebe überleben und 25% Nachlass in Aussicht gestellt. Ich wollte sie zurückgeben und habe nachgefragt, ob das auch ginge. Mit der Originalverpackumg wohl möglich. Gesagt, getan: ich habe alles exakt so verpackt, wie es bei mir ankam. Nach fast 2 Wochen und einer dezenten Erinnerung, dass ich auf Bearbeitung warte, kam die Meldung, man wird mir nur 50% der abgeknickten Pflanze erstatten, weil die Verpackung zu klein ist und die Pflanze dadurch kaputt, man wisse nicht, ob man sie wieder zu Leben erwecken kann. Deshalb habe ICH die Pflanze ja reklamiert. Weiß nicht, ob ich lachen oder weinen soll. Finger weg von diesem Shop! Die Konkurrenz macht’s besser, ich habe es zu genüge getestet!

Trying to get information is not easy, trying to order is not easy, had to ask if the order went through even though my payment was already accepted, but no confirmation.
Received a very bad plant, no roots, dull, weak, limp and soft leaves. Contacted immediately after unpacking, they only pointed out to their general terms and to water the plant and clean it, strange as it already came in wet moss...
Bad customer service, policy and plants.

Hello, I don't understand anything at all .... you write that you sent it, even though you only registered the shipment, then you write that you no longer have a plant, because you only saw it when you started packing ....
Your work is worth a big scandal ....

I have no thanks for what. You should learn to work smoother .....In one order I got Hoya completely rotten, did not return the money ....
He returned the discount on the next order, but says he returned it twice. After all, it’s easy to check in the PayPal system that I only received it once. But the bill was corrected where it indicated refunds twice ....
The work is unfortunate ..... I do not recommend this store, some e-mail addresses do not work for some reason, letters return that the address was not found .....

This shop would seem only social appearance.. be careful plant people!
I received a plant (Philodendron Billietiae) in very bad condition, dry roots (never happened with other plant shops and I order plants every week) the leaves all broken, unwatchable. I asked for a refund on e-mail and they told me they offered me 30% or a refund based on how the plant returned and that is SO ABSURD! A plant that will die in my hands certainly dead if sent back. So with PayPal they told me the same thing, they will refund me when it comes back. I don't trust and in my opinion it's all premeditated by them. The plant has already been sent in bad condition is evident.
Talking to other people they confirm their bad service and their reputation.

I always do good reviews because I support online plant shops but what goes like this is not really good..

Habe eine syngonium podophyllum albo variegata bestellt die im Angebot 60 Euro gekostet hat und noch einen monkey tail Kaktus für 11 Euro. Mein Kaktus war halb verschimmelt und als ich den umtopfen wollte habe ich aus der Erde noch einen komplett vertrockneten tail raus gezogen der sich schon fast in Staub aufgelöst hat. Der syngonium albo war schon sehr lang gewachsen, hatte jedoch nur kleine vertrocknete Blätter die angefressen sind. Ich habe alle Bilder an an Plant circle geschickt und nach 2 Tagen habe ich eine Antwort erhalten. Für den Kaktus bekomme ich einen Gutschein für die Hälfte die ich gezahlt habe. Also 5,75€. Beim syngonium wurde gesagt, Transportschäden und hin und her damit sollte man rechnen und sind keine großen Schäden. Habe viele Stecklinge geschnitten und die mutterpflanze umgetopft. Die Wurzeln waren total lang und hatten kaum noch Platz und musste viel abschneiden wegen Wurzelfäule. 70 Euro aus dem Fenster geschmissen!

Ich hatte zwei Pflanzen bestellt. Eine Babymaranta variegated und eine Calathea Triostar. Die beiden kamen recht gut verpackt und mit geschredderten Papierschnipseln gefüllt an, die zusätzlich etwas Volumen gaben, wodurch keine Blätter abgeknickt waren. Bei der Triostar ist allerdings irgendwem in der Logistik das Paketband ausgegangen. Am oberen Rand der Verpackung wurde nämlich einfach durchgetackert. Wie soll ich sagen. Da war noch Pflanze dazwischen. Die kleine ist also in ihrer rebellischen Phase und hat an einem großen Blatt nun Einstichstellen vom unfreiwilligen Piercing. Ist ansonsten aber nicht weiter wild. Man siehts kaum und hauptsache die beiden sind ansonsten gesund. Bei der Triostar kamen außerdem noch Trauermücken nach einigen Tagen hinzu. Auch kein großes Drama, einfach vorbereitet sein und ganz wichtig: Isolieren von den restlichen Pflanzen. Mindestens 2 Wochen. Ist vielleicht etwas blöd, aber kann eben passieren.

Abgesehen von den 2 kleinen Überraschungen lief echt alles gut und die Pflanzen sind wunderbar grün und sehen sehr ordentlich aus! Es war bei der Lieferung keine Erde in der Box verteilt. Auch die Größenangaben von beiden und die Panaschierung bei der Maranta sind fein :)

Revived a dead plant in January - informed them the minute it arrived and send them pictures and a video of the dead philodendron. Very slow in response in customer service and quite superficial in reply - nothing whatsoever, like how can we help, or do
Something for you, refund you or ship a new one, nothing to solve this matter. I still haven’t received my money back, it’s 3 weeks now since l received the plant - and my last e-mail from a week ago, they still haven’t replied on -
despite they are the ones shipping a poor packed plant that didn’t survive. furthermore they want the plant back
- and they don’t pay the return shipping.! I have to pay. Not only is it against the law, because this is not a cancellation or me regretting my purchase, it’s a damaged item, dead!!! They also demand all the sudden that the plant shipped back to them has to be in a “condition that they pointed out” before a “total refund for my purchase is in order” is it ridiculous and shameful, the plant where dead upon arrival! Do they honestly think it won’t be when they receive it...

Awful service!

1. I haven’t received any updates when to pick up my plants from the store - I had to remind them about my order!
2. They tried to give me unhealthy looking plants until I insisted to exchange them. The exchanged plants weren’t looking totally healthy but the shop didn’t have any other replacement.
3. The vendor told me I have to watch the plants, put them in a different room for quarantine for 2 weeks and if I see plants are doing worse, then contact the costumer support.
4. I contacted the costumer support after 3 weeks when I realized the situation with all nee leafs is bad. They said I should have contacted them not later than 2 weeks since delivery time (there was no delivery and unclear dating as they simply forgot about my order!).

This is completely irritating and misleading information and the PC sells unhealthy plants.

I would strongly recommend you NOT to buy from them!

I ordered a prince of orange that arrived dead. it took them ages to reply to my emails and refund me. they were rude. i would never order again

I ordered four plants and they arrived (quickly) with almost no protection whatsoever in the box. Just three plants bouncing around with a piece of paper loosely taped around each. Soil was everywhere. My Raven ZZ was broken, saggy and droopy with strange white globs on it. My Ficus Teneke has brown edges. It's not just normal delivery trauma- you can tell these plants had not been taken well care of before. The worst is that one plant was completely not included. When I emailed them to ask where my other plant was they said "Oh sorry we had supply issues." They promptly gave me a refund (that I had to ask for first) but they didn't tell me before they shipped it. Did they think I wouldn't notice? The final plant I received is at least healthy-ish, if not as beautiful as their glossy chic website would like you to think. Never again with them.

I ordered an alocasia dragon scale. It arrived on time but came in a soaking wet pot, I didn't water it for some days, placed it outside in a sheltered space in the morning and it still didn't dry (checked also with an hygrometer). I then found out that the roots were starting to rot, I'm currently trying to save it.

Für mich ist es einfach der beste Online Pflanzen Laden. Die Pflanzen sind wunderschön und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Damit die Pflanzen das Wochenende über nicht bei der Post sind, werden sie meistens entweder Montag oder Dienstag versandt und sind dann Mittwoch oder Donnerstag da. Die Verpackung ist völlig frei von Plastik und die Pflanzen kommen alle sicher an. Hauptsächlich faire Preise und großartige Raritäten.
Ich bestelle mittlerweile, nachdem ich bei vielen Anbietern Erfahrung sammeln konnte, fast ausschließlich dort und kann es jedem weiter empfehlen!
