Best online plant shop, I've tried
I live in Denmark. Ordered two rare plants from plantcicle.co and one from a Danish plant shop at around the same time (within two day sof each other. Received the plants from plantcircle.co long before I received the other one. Plants came in pristine condition. They were very well packaged, and the box even had a little heat package in it. Not a single leaf was dropped or damaged. The plants started putting out new leaves whithin the first week after receiving them. The potting mix that the plants came in was also very good - the mixture seems very well draining. In comparison, my plant from whithin the country came late with a damaged leaf and took more than a month to start putting out new leaves.
All in all, I was very pleasantly surprised wth plantcircle.co! It's definitely safe to order plants from there, and they have quite the selection (if you're quick to buy what you want when it comes in stock).

Alocasia Zebrina half dead from the beginning
We ordered an Alocasia Zebrina. This plant usually grows very slowly and has only a few (beautiful) leaves.
Unfortunately, when we received it, 3 of its 4 leaves were half dry and in a pretty bad state. The other one was not perfect but OK.
When we contacted them, they just offered a voucher for not even half of the price we paid. As we replied that we are not interested in a voucher but in a healthy plant, we have not received any further answer...
I will update the review if something new happens, but so far I would not recommend this company.
Update:
We eventually got a refund for the price of the plant, but not for the sending costs (6€). We would have preferred to get a new plant and I would still not recommend buying here, at least for online purchases. Anyway, I change the rating to 2 stars.
