Please note that the venue you visited was not correct. The correct location for BattleKart is in Ishbiliyah, Riyadh (not Boulevard World), and Boulevard World is already closed. Kindly note that tickets are non-refundable; however, we’ll be happy to assist you with rescheduling your booking to another available date.

I love platinumlist and always buy my tickets through the app (very user friendly btw)
But this time I had purchased a ticket and wanted to change my seat because a friend decided to join and the seat next to mine was already occupied. It’s my first time to deal with platinum helpline
Very understanding, cooperative and managed to solve my issue

Refund guarantee? More like refund Runaround.
I paid 52 Riyal for the “Refund Guarantee” on the Shakira Live at 974 concert in Doha, which was cancelled, and another 64 Riyal for the Refund Guarantee on the John Legend concert, which was postponed. I submitted refund requests for both events, yet Platinumlist has continuously delayed and avoided resolving the issue.
What is the point of paying extra for a “guarantee” if the company refuses to honor it when circumstances clearly qualify? My tax invoices and confirmation from PLP Events explicitly state that refunds are guaranteed when the Refund Guarantee is purchased.
As someone who used to genuinely support and trust Platinumlist, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of accountability and integrity has completely changed my perception of the platform. A guarantee should mean an obligation to fulfill the promise made to customers… not an excuse for endless delays and excuses.
I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing tickets through this platform. Especially the so-called “Refund Guarantee.” In my experience, it felt like an extra fee designed to take more money from customers without providing the protection promised.

We would like to clarify that for the John Legend concert, the refund has already been successfully processed from our end. You will need to check with your bank using the RRN (Retrieval Reference Number) that we have provided to track the funds. For the Shakira Live at 974 concert, we have now processed the refund for the order from our side as an exception.

Platinumlist refunds policy
Platinumlist keeps 5% of refunded tickets
The Tarkan concert was cancelled because of current events but instead of refunding us in full, Platinumlist kept AED 160 which was 5% of the tickets price.
