We’re sorry to read your review, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
Our meet and greet service is carefully managed, and customers are advised to call upon landing and then remain inside the terminal until we confirm that the vehicle is ready for collection. This process is specifically in place to minimise waiting times and avoid unnecessary delays.
A wait of 45 minutes is not typical of our operation, and in the rare event of any delay, we proactively communicate with customers. Based on our records, we have not identified any case that matches the circumstances described.

Really professional service , no hanging around to wait for your car on return journey home , super efficient . Car photographed/ videoed at start would highly recommend . Also the best price . Very close to terminal few minute walk

Used the valet parking for the first…
Used the valet parking for the first time. Not a great start, we tried phoning the number to let staff know we were on our way, left two voicemails. Arrived at the airport at 4am no one there to meet us, managed to get a mobile number from the NCP agent, again went to voicemail so left another message. About 10 minutes later received a call from another mobile number to say they were on their way … waited almost 40 minutes from arrival for the driver to arrive. Good job we added an extra hour to get to the airport otherwise we would have missed our flight. Reluctant to use again.

We operate a structured meet and greet service, and customers are provided with clear instructions prior to arrival, including the correct contact procedures and timings. Our lines are monitored, and drivers are scheduled based on the arrival time provided at booking.
We note your comments regarding difficulty reaching us and the delay on arrival. While early morning bookings are routinely managed, the situation described is not typical of our operation, and we would want to review exactly what happened in this instance.
We would also highlight that we always recommend allowing sufficient time when travelling to the airport, as factors such as traffic and airport conditions can vary.

Very good service
Very good service from the drivers. They had issues with the phones on the drop off day but rang me instead to confirm my time of arrival to make sure a driver was there for us. Will definitely use again.

Superb service
Superb service, called 30mins before arriving at BHX and they were waiting for us, car was checked over and signed for.
When we arrived home the car had been washed and was waiting again as we came out of the terminal. Would highly recommend and will use again for sure.

First time using Platinum Valley M&G - won't be the last!
I used Platinum Valley M&G for the first time this weekend and have to say, they were a breath of fresh air.
We're 60 miles from BHX and were early, no issues from Platinum, they were ready and waiting for us. Coming back was even better - we called when through Passport Control, they said we'll be 15 mins but wait inside the airport in the warm and we'll phone you when we're there. Which they did!
5 stars, 10 out of 10 Excellent service.

Personal touch as well as professional - well worth it.
I decided to contact Platinum Valet directly as I had a couple of queries. The manager ( Harry) could not have been more polite or helpful despite me ringing at a weekend and evening. He also helped me secure a good deal which I was delighted with. The whole process was not only professional - but personal.. everything worked very well. I arrived back to a beautifully clean car - and was met with politeness and friendliness despite returning late because my flight was postponed. I am giving this company 5 stars because the whole process made life easy ( only a 1 minute walk to the terminal!) and the personal touch as well as professionalism means they are well worth using. It was a positive experience and I would use this company again if I was flying from Birmingham as they are keen to look after their customers and work extremely hard.

Professional and prompt service at a good price
Really pleased with the service we got with platinum valet, particularly on return. Harry, our return driver, kept us updated on the location of our car which avoided any wait outside. All very prompt and professional. Will definitely use again!

Had a perfect experience with Platinum…
Had a perfect experience with Platinum Valet, using them whilst we were away for a week.
Rang them en route to the airport and they met us at the car park location.
We were delayed by two hours on our return due to a diverted flight, and Harry rang to check we were okay and had the car waiting when we came out of the airport.
A seemelss experience, definitely recommend this company.
Harry was very professional and friendly throughout.
