Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the points raised.
Our standard meet and greet service does not include an interior valet or wash. Any exterior wash or full valet is an optional extra and must be booked in advance. When these services are temporarily unavailable (for example due to adverse weather conditions such as snow), this is clearly stated at the time of booking. Where a valet or wash is booked, the vehicle is returned with the exact service purchased.
Vehicles are parked at an off-site airport car park that is BPA, AM-GO, and IAPA approved. Vehicles may be driven for normal operational purposes including airport access, collection, parking, and return. The mileage referenced is consistent with standard airport meet and greet operations.
If there were any concerns, these should have been raised at the time of vehicle collection, which would have allowed us to address them immediately. The points raised in this review are based on incorrect assumptions rather than the service provided.

Cannot fault the service we received
Cannot fault the service we received. Called when we were 30 minutes from the airport as advised and the Valet was waiting for us, hand over of the car was easy. On return we rang as soon as we landed and the car was waiting for us as soon as we got to the car park. Will not hesitate to use them again

However, in many cases, vehicle cleaning is an optional add-on and not included unless selected at the time of booking.

Dreadful - drop off there was no one in the car park to handover car too, and on way back had to stand in the car park for 20 mins (having rang them an hour before that as requested when we landed).

We run a structured meet and greet process where customers are given clear instructions regarding arrival and return procedures. On return, all customers are specifically advised to remain inside the terminal and only proceed to the car park once we have confirmed that their vehicle is ready. This is to avoid unnecessary waiting, particularly in poor weather conditions.
We also closely manage vehicle movements due to the operational costs and restrictions of the valet car park we use, which means timing is carefully coordinated. In the rare event of any delay, customers are contacted in advance.

Thoroughly recommend
Service was prompt, professional and helpful. We were back early than our estimated pick up tim, but that was not a problem, and the car arrived just as we got to the meeting point. This was excellent service. Best meet and greet I've had at Birmingham airport.

Close to the terminal
Close to the terminal, I phoned 45 min before we arrived platinum we’re waiting for us , car handover over was quick a process , phoned as the plane landed had to wait 4 minutes for the car as we had a smooth baggage reclaim. Will definitely be using again
