Harry and his team were outstanding. From start to finish we felt liked valued individuals, not just another booking. First time ever our mileage has been recorded when we dropped the car off. In addition to requiring to show some ID when collecting the car, not just handing over our ticket. Outstanding customer service skills, lovely boys. Highly recommend them.

Good service would use again
Very reasonably priced, waiting for me when I dropped the car off and car was ready for us when we came out of the airport. Only slight niggle the dash cam was disconnected from the power cable

From drop off to collection the process was very easy and very professional. Instructions before arrival were very clear and car was well looked after. Staff were very courteous and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Platinum Valet at Birmingham airport.

Dropped the car off a week ago, simple straightforward process. Our valet was a lovely bright cheerful young man, pleasure to meet. He took pics of mileage and fuel gauge to assure us it would be returned as I left it. On our return I called as we got to baggage (as requested by the nice valet). Car was waiting as we arrived at the car park. Same delightful young man (he’s such a happy chappy) very professional service. I had to provide proof of identification (passport) to ensure my car was returned to its rightful owner. Overall excellent service would definitely recommend and use again

Excellent service, very easy to contact on WhatsApp and even contacted me first on the day of drop off to confirm arrival time !
I have used several other parking services before now but I can definitely say I’m not using a different one ever again . Platinum valet are now my go to !
