Bought an ultra premium box as a one off to try out before deciding whether to register for a subscription
When it arrived I was one booster pack short, and when I contacted PokeParcel Andrew was very helpful and offered to send out a missing pack as well as a couple of extras to say sorry
Received today and I got an additional three English packs and a dream box, which contained 7 Japanese packs!
They’ve gone way above and beyond and very happy to set up a subscription for the future 😊

Genuine company, very nice selection of goodies in my random box.
Definitely recommend these guys.

Amazing product, if you like the suprise box experience this is perfect for a monthly treat.

Received 2nd premium subscription and the PSA slab was damaged (not from the packaging was damaged on sealing the slab so not PokeParcels fault). Emailed the customer service and they was straight on to helping me. Sent me a new slab and the packaging to send the damaged one back.

Highly recommend.

Bought a standard box at a card show in Birmingham and was very happy with my packs and graded card definitely reccomend and will be ordering online 👍

I have had a few pokeparcels now and have always looked forward to seeing what I have got, some of the items remind me of when I first started collecting. I had a few questions before upgrading from the standard box and Andrew has always responded very quickly. Can't wait to see what I get next month

Pros:
- Packaging and design of product is very good.
- Concept of business model is cool.
- Value of products received evened out to price paid.

Cons:
- Took 13 days from point of payment to receiving box.
- Shipping charge is too high.

A good concept, customer service guys were nice, product satisfactory. Just wish there was a warning when buying that I would have to wait for them to ship the item at the same time as everyone else. Signed for delivery isn't really signed for and therefore shipping cost is too high in my opinion.

Wonderful experience opening up the parcel. Nicely presented and will happily buy again in the future.

Perfect product for bulk up collection

Excellent box with quality packs and lovely slabs, had to subscribe after trying out one box!

I rarely review items, but I was looking for something different, a gift to myself every month and I came across PokeParcel.

I was unsure of the quality, I checked the reviews and decided to order a few different boxes to see what they were like.

I am sooooo impressed, packaging is great contents are amazing and well worth the money in my opinion. Some nice extras I have never seen before.

I am that happy I have signed up to the Premium Box Monthly Subscription.

What better way than to treat yourself every month, amazing company, great products would highly recommend.

I was really unsure about the value in this. However was really happy and surprised with the contents. Got the MasterBox - PSA 10 card, loads of booster packs, sleeves and some items I’ve never seen before. Will be ordering again!

Really enjoyed this box it will not be my last.
